Why is coffee never brewed??? If the restaurant is 24 hrs then getting coffee in the early morning hours shouldn't require pulling up to the THIRD window because it's not brewed! When you run out of coffee, common sense says to make more. Making people either lose their money or be late for work shouldn't have to be a decision, for freaking coffee. This has happened multiple times at this location.

The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I do not recommend anyone eat here unless you plan on being sick. I ordered two quarter pounder meals and both of the burgers were pink and cold in the middle. I repeat do not ever eat at this location.

My Fries were cold and I asked for fresh ones. The young lady said she just put them down and they were fresh. They were dark brown and cold. She took them from me and I watched her as she put them back on the fry rack and not in the trash. When they saw that I had my phone out,the manager put a lid over the window and didn't give me the fries that I paid for. I gave this location a 2nd chance and that is enough. Look at deluxe chicken sandwich and burnt burger

I just want to take a moment to sincerely thank the team at the McDonald’s off of Arapahoe Drive. I’ve never experienced such genuinely polite, thoughtful, and sincere customer service at any McDonald’s location—so much so that I felt compelled to write a review in hopes that it reaches the entire crew. Every time I visit, my order is correct, fresh, and served with a smile. On the rare occasion something isn’t quite ready—like a fresh pot of coffee—the team makes sure it’s brewed fresh for me without hesitation. Their care and attention do not go unnoticed. To the manager: thank you for putting together such an outstanding team. Their personalities, professionalism, and positive attitude really make this location stand out. You’ve created something special here, and I truly appreciate all of you. Thank you again for going above and beyond!
