I purchased a triple cheeseburger meal for my son yesterday through the app. Upon preparation for drop-off, my wife noticed that the fries appeared to have been partially consumed and then packaged. My son took a pic after drop off. Due to my work commitments, I was unable to return the bag of food. This level of quality is unacceptable, particularly when paying for a product. I submitted an online report.

Rude. ZERO customer courtesy. I went through the drive-thru to pick up breakfast. I said good morning to the person taking the order; no response. I gave her my order and she abruptly tells me to pay at the first window. I get to the window and say good morning as I handed her my creditcard; again no response. She hands me my card, I say thank you and she just tells me "next window" and shuts the sliding window. I get to the second window and the young guy opens the window and I say good morning; again crickets and this time zero eye contact. He hands me to cups of orange juice saying nothing then the bag of food; still no eye contact and saying nothing and shuts the window. If you hate your job that much do something that requires no customer service. I've received more courtesy at the DMV. The food gets a 3 for obviously sitting under a heat lamp for hours, but it still tasted okay.

This McDonald’s is terrible and serving gross food 🤢🤢🤮🤮. They got our order wrong 3 times in a row and then their managers are too lazy to even answer the phone and take care of the paying customers. Gross food/bad service my family won’t be back. Such a disappointment when a good McDonald’s can be turned terrible by lazy management……. ❌❌❌❌❌🤮🤮🤮

I ordered chocolate chip cookies and they were expired. I didn't notice until I got to work. You all should definitely make sure your checking expiration dates on your items before giving them out.

Keep in mind that this is a McDonald's restaurant. The food was great, the service was excellent. The staff is very fast, very efficient, and very friendly. The restaurant is clean and welcoming. Never thought I would give a McDonald's this great a rating but these people deserved it.

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.
