McDonald's Menu Prices at 5084 Summer Ave ★3.2 (1567)

We visited this McDonald’s for the first time, and we really loved it. We will definitely keep coming back. This is one of the best McDonald’s locations in Memphis where we liked everything. The service was excellent — friendly, polite communication, fast service, and very well-prepared food. Everything was fresh and nicely made. We came as a family with children — my wife and I liked it very much, and our children loved it too. Everyone ate with pleasure. Even though we don’t speak the language very well, the staff still treated us kindly, communicated politely, and helped us without any problems. Unfortunately, many other McDonald’s locations lack these qualities, but this one truly has them. We give it 5 out of 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ and highly recommend it.

I took my grandson here for his Birthday 🥳🎉🎂. He ordered a Happy Meal Cheeseburger 🍔 with cheese and pickle's only. The cheeseburger was hot 🔥, fresh, but the Fries 🍟 were cold. I took them to the counter and they cooked him some fresh ones, that's was great. They forgot to give me a receipt so I saw it laying on the counter. I noticed that there was a.40¢ charge on it, so I inquired why and they said it was because they was out of kids size cups so they charge me.40¢ for an up charge for a small drink which makes no sense at all. They did give me the.40¢ back. To the McDonald's operator, management staff and crew. In the future if you are out of kids sizes cups just use a small cup and the not charge the customers, McDonald's is a billion dollar business, you only using probably 2 more ounces if that, or go to the other McDonald's two minutes down the street and borrow some from them until your truck comes in. I was with McDonald's for 20 years and we would have never done anything like this in the 80's and 90's it just didn't make any sense , it was not about the money period. Overall all the visit was okay!!!

My food was super old and the girl (red hair) caught an attitude with me because I wanted fresh food! I really should have asked for my money back instead of requesting for fresh food! I’m now pulled down waiting on my food and I have a strong feeling, it’s going to be WRONG!

My sister and I stopped by yesterday around 6:30pm we order and pay with no issues. However when we got to the second window to pick up our order the lady assisting had a terrible attitude. She asked us for our receipt and we gave it her. When she hand us our order it was all wrong and when brought it to her attention she started with bad attitude asked us for our receipt again we told her she had it she said no that she had handed back to us put she did not. She got our order wrong again and again we brought it back to her attention and all she doing was give us attitude for a mistake she was making she kept saying “oh God” every time we had to return our order. She also told us that we were asking for to much when all we were asking for was what we had pay for.

Every time I come to this location, the food is cold. On this particular visit, my fish sandwich was burnt. I had to drive back to the location to get a remake, which took an extra 15 minutes. A team member came in from outside, didn’t wash her hands, and started bagging orders—very unsanitary. I will never visit this location again. The customer service should be much better because you never know what someone is going through, and they can’t even get fresh food. Being tired from work and having to drive back to the location and get out of the car is very inconsiderate to the customer.
