McDonald's Menu Prices at 1472 S Trezevant Street ★3.1 (1959)

I ordered the Honey Spice chicken sandwich. It was the bomb. It was my first time ordering it and I hadn't been to a McDonald's in a long time. That sandwich was made so well, the bacon 🥓 😋 😍 the taste was really good. Those fries were fresh/ hot. This was the Lamar/ Trezvant location. My hats off to the Orange Mound location, great service, 🤗🤩👌🏽 it was about 11:30 p.m. I've gone to Olive Branch store and ordered the same thinking i was about to get a treat like the Lamar store...NOT!!! I had the survey coupon( messy, thrown together, hardly any lettuce), I didn't like it. FYI: this was like the same shift as Lamar.

I’ve been several times to this location as it’s on my route home from work the food is ALWAYS lower quality than other McDonald’s & wait times are rediculous especially in the evenings! If you’re going here be prepared to wait! Tonight it was almost 30 minutes for a Mobil order. Poor man working both windows almost alone I saw what looked like 2 cook. Management please help you poor team out they don’t deserve to be this short staffed all the time. Don’t bother sending me feedback link I already sent it hoping someone more than owner will see it.

I usually don’t give bad reviews unless I’ve received some really bad experiences from a place and this McDonald’s is definitely one of the worst of the franchises in my area. All I ordered was a Large caramel frappe. The picture I’ve attached can show that they didn’t even fill up the cup but rather than to make more to fill the cup they used whipped cream to accommodate it which is such an utter insult since I don’t care for the whipped cream and then to top it all off there was absolutely NO ice whatsoever in the frappe. I will never go here anymore tonight was the straw that broke the camel’s back. Please if you want good service and food DONT GO HERE.

Food is good but you have to make sure they get your order correct before you leave. Sometimes my muffins are a little burnt or my eggs aren't fully cooked on said muffin. The comment link posted below doesn't work as it won't submit!!

Would've given zero if possible. Had two teens working tonight, that had no clue what the "difference" was when she charged me for 3 happy meals and an extra burger instead of the 3 5$ meals I ordered. Order was correct but they charged 30$!!!! 0/10 wouldn't ever recommend.
