McDonald's Menu Prices at 3805 Hacks Crossing Rd ★2.7 (1593)

I recently purchased chicken from your Hacks Cross location on 2/21/26 at or around 11:45 am cst. Upon eating, I noticed that part of the chicken was undercooked/pink in the center. I am pregnant and am concerned about potential foodborne illness from this. I returned to the restaurant to notify them of the situation and was unhappy with the proposed resolution. I had to get to an appointment, so upon catching the grave error I couldnt immediately return to the store; when I returned an hour later I didnt have everything that my entire order contained. Only the proof which was the sandwich. I threw what was left away because i really didnt want to return. I changed my mind because they had to know someone had to advocate in that moment. I truly feel like a restaurant that truly valued not only their customers experience but also wellbeing would have did a full refund for the inconvenience. It was upsetting that a restaurant that couldn't ensure that the food they serve was up to par would be more worried about money. I did not accept the refund because no amount of money could amount to the health and wellbeing of myself and my child. The manager on duty who dropped the ball was Tara Edwards. She should be retrained and reminded that the customer is always the priority. I wanted to document this incident and request that it be reported to the appropriate food safety or quality control team. Please let me know if any additional information is needed

The cashier took 5 minutes to come to the manager kept yelling for her in the back. She came to the register with an attitude and thought I wanted her to touch anything I was going to eat. They dropped a box of sauces on the food the manager said don't throw them away they still good even though they hit the food. Do not eat here!

The McDonalds should just close down. I ordered on the app and when I got there my food still was not ready. I could hear the chatter as they messed up other orders. My double filet of fish was supposed to to have tartar sauce, I got mayo instead. Just close them down and try again.

They removed the soda machine in the lobby, cut down on dining space. The food was great and the service was good. No one in the kitchen area had hair restraint.

Went through the drive thru at 7:40am on my way to work , my total was $ 3.39 , I passed the back cash worker a $20 bill and she goes “I don’t have change for that, do you have something smaller” … I was hot ! Breakfast is where the most traffic comes from and your day just started why don’t u have any change . I then called in to speak with a manager and how convenient no one answered the phone either . Yall need to do better ! I didn’t appreciate the service this morning or your staff .
