McDonald's Menu Prices at 2125 Cubit St ★3.4 (2164)

I ordered a McCrispy with no pickles. Instead, the employees put five pickles on it. That’s completely irresponsible and unacceptable. If they don’t want to do their job properly, they shouldn’t be working there. What if I were allergic? This kind of negligence can seriously harm someone. They need to take their job seriously and show some basic respect and professionalism.

Every time I eat here the food gets worse. This time it was the almost nothing egg. Last time the egg was so old it was crispy! When you go to drive thru there is a mountain of garbage stacked at the back door which I'm assuming is something very wrong with the trash system (yes it's that bad) or massive someone lost the key to the dumpster area?

We went through the drive through, they didn’t specify which window to pay at. So we pull up the the first window and wait a minute. It has black out tint on it. The tint is poorly applied and looks like a non professional applied it. It makes that window look like it’s not being used. The car at the second window left. So we pull up. The manager( in plain clothes proceeds to lecture my wife about patience and how she needs to wait at the first window. She then forgets our drink and the mcshaker bags for our pickle fries. When I went in to ask for our drink, she was on her cell phone having what seemed like a great phone call until she saw me standing there. She became noticeably annoyed and retrieved my drink. No apologies, no customer service. She’s rude and should not be in that position if she can’t conduct herself with dignity and respect.

I go to this McDonald's every day. I spend probably 30 to 40 dollars every other day to every day at this McDonald's. They're always so rude to us. They will not assist me. They make me go to the kiosk. It's the manager who wears plain clothes. She's blonde. They have overcharged me. And then when I've went to talk to them about it, they walk away from me, they forget stuff. And then they get mad at me when I come back. But they are very rude, very they kicked me out of going there because I didn't want to pay through the kiosk, because the kiosk kept messing up. I was told me or my family could no longer go there. I didn't yell at him. I wasn't rude to them. There's been times I have paid. And by the time I get up to the other window, they're saying I didn't or because I didn't grab my receipt even though they just got money from me, they make me pay again. But again blonde hair, she wears plain clothes, which is kind of rude. She is very mean to elderly and special needs

Depends on who's working if you end up w decent service. There's a chic that works at night that just completely sucks at her job. Her customer service is horrific
