McDonald's Menu Prices at 3555 W 11th St ★3.3 (1181)

Never had a problem with this Mcdonalds. I ordered fish fillet through mobile delivery WITH NO CHEESE. Its not a preference, im allergic to cheese. Im eating the sandwich and all of a sudden my back starts itching and I feel funny. Im seeing hives start tp develop so I look at the sandwich that Im almost finished eating..there is cheese!!

I stopped at the store today about 1:45. Not busy at all. Ordered a double quarter pounder, large fries, and large root beer and clearly said twice I wanted it in a meal. Moved up and paid and when I got to the pickup window there was no burger. I said it was supposed to be a meal. Was told I would have to go around again. When I got to the window and explained it was part of the meal that was missing and I only needed to pay the extra to complete the meal, he stared at my receipt for a few seconds and said they have to do that at the next window after they told me at that window I would have to go around to order the missing burger. I get to that window and they want to charge me for just the double quarter pounder. They brought over the manager who said after I had paid already she couldn't add the burger in. The easiest way to do that was to issue a refund and recharge me for the meal and make the burger and she refused to do it. I even told her that I was getting it for the homeless man standing on the corner. If your manager doesn't know how to issue a simple refund and refuses a simple accommodation for a customer, maybe you should do so retraining. Also, she was rude when I told her it was ridiculous that she couldn't charge me the difference between a burger price and a meal price. Seems she was either incompetent or just lazy. I can see why you have so many 1-star reviews. Next time I will go down the street to Carls Jr. Never have issues at the McDonald's on Cubit.

Do not go to his McDonald if want to get any of the New Promotions like current Monopoly. They are NOT participating in the promotion. Been a While since I ordered a Big Mac, the patty is so small that it doesn't even fill the bun.

We ordered a 20 piece nugget and the mc chicken meal. When I got to the window for the food they gave me the drink and a single bag, when I looked through it I saw a big box of nuggets (thinking it was 20 pieces) and the four piece that went with the mcchicken meal but no mc chicken sandwich. I waived someone over to the window and they gave me the sandwich . When I got home noticed there was only one 10 piece nugget. So we went back to the store and the person apologized and gave me another 10 piece but then charged me for additional sauce even though we had to come back to correct our order and the sauce should have accompanied the nuggets that had been missing. She said it was cause they had new staff but if you mess up in an order I dont think you should charge 0.75 for sauce. And of course by the time I got back home half the food was cold.

Order and food was good. But they say online they have a play a play area. They even have pictures showing one. We are from out of town and drove an extra 15 minutes to this one rather than going to the one by our exit. No play area. Also bathrooms filthy and under the tables were as well.
