McDonald's Menu Prices at 2130 S Reynolds Rd ★3 (1792)

Completely incompetent service; even though I asked for my soda, they refused to give it to me. I bought a large combo meal, and the meat was completely raw, not even cooked medium-rare.

After they were extremely rude to me I drove home with my food, just to realize it was RAW! took it back to them, and the remake was cooked so much that the patties were literally Leather! It's not just the customer service you have to worry about it the food too. Be careful DONT GET SICK!

Lazy and entitled staff. They decide they don’t want to work, so they close their lobby at 9 PM instead of the clearly posted 11 PM. Someone inside asked my wife and me to leave since they close the lobby at 9. He was polite about it, but I’d bet either corporate or the franchise owner has no idea they do this. They lock the doors and turn off the outside lights so nobody notices they’re ignoring their own hours. To top it off, the McDonald’s app clearly lets you place orders for counter pickup and even table service well past 9 PM, which proves they’re lying about when the lobby is actually supposed to be open. I get it, fast food work can be stressful, but honestly, there’s no excuse for this kind of entitled laziness. You’re hired to do a job. Do it right.

I’ve never gone through here and had good food. Food is always cold, employees are always rude, fries are never filled, even the drinks aren’t filled and you have to ask for them to do so. Today, our food is cold and burnt (but also squishy and soggy? hats off to them for managing that) and we received one of our sandwich wrappers DRIPPING in grease. It literally dripped on my couch 🤢 Overall, TERRIBLE McDonalds.

I was in the drive thru an the little girl on the headset in lane two was rude. Everytime I ordered something I was met with is that all!! I felt rushed an couldn't take my time getting what I want an pay for!! I proceed to pay out an lady was nice at the first window handed me the receipt like they are supposed to. Then I go to second window wasn't greeted the little girl just looked at me didnt read off order like they are supposed to handed me a sweet tea with the wrong lid on it so I spilled some I felt like I couldn't even ask for ketchup in the bag. The service was unacceptable I tried to call to reach out to manager an they kept letting the line ring or pick it up an hang up will not go here again!!!!!
