I would give it zero stars if I could. The order was placed at one of the kiosks and the card reader was down. It took a crew member almost 5 minutes to acknowledge us so we could pay for our order. Then my father and I waited 30 minutes for our order of chicken nuggets, double hamburgers for the dogs, no salt fries, and two large drinks. When we finally received our food it was cold. I asked if we could just receive a refund because we could not wait another 30 minutes with the dogs in the truck and the girl working snatched our bags off the counter and threw them, and stormed off to the back of the restaurant. A young man came up and apologized and gave us a refund which he was trying to put back onto the credit card and didn't know how to so he gave me the cash back and explained that he had only been there a few days and that there were only three of them working and no manager on duty. This particular store used to be good in the past but has gone downhill drastically over the past few years. We will no longer stop at this location when we pass through. I have filled out the customer survey and have yet to be contacted by anyone from corporate or the store. The dining room floor is very slick, and greasy. It is almost like they use the same mop that they mop the kitchen with to mop the dining area and bathrooms. My father is handicapped and uses a walker and had a hard time walking getting to the bathroom and soda fountain machine due to the condition of the floor. The female bathroom was dirty with trash all over the place. The fountain machine area was nasty and sticky. I am glad that we weren't going to eat inside the dining area was dirty. This McDonald's seems to be more worried about the drive-through than the customers inside the restaurant anymore. Which seems to be their motive anyone. Plus for the amount of time that you wait for the order and what you pay, you can go to a sit-down restaurant to have a meal.

This is constantly a problem at this McDonald’s, but tonight there was literally nobody even in the drive-through behind me and my food come out, looking like this. Honestly, how hard is it?

I don't know understand how a place can be so consistently awful. From forgetting items to lying to customers to giving 10 fries in a $4.00 large fry consistently every time. Every new hire they bring in is just completely unfriendly. What is going on here.

Zero stars if I could. I was waiting on a sandwich and was told to pull up. I said, nobody is behind me. Theni got cussed out! Really!? A line worker about threw the bag at me and said "here ya go! Its all made FN fresh. Its all about time!" That was tha Absolute rudest experience I've ever encountered at Any fast food establishment. Is this how you let your employees talk to your customers??? I've had a problem every time at that location but never said anything till now.

Been going to this McDonald’s for years and rarely have a good experience. Almost always forget part of my order whether it’s a sandwich or sauce. When they do give you sauce it’s usually the wrong one. My buddy that lives 20 miles away had stopped at that McDonald’s before and he said that’s the worst McDonald’s he ever been to.
