McDonald's Menu Prices at 4401 W Sahara Ave ★3.5 (3094)

This location is disgusting. I work in the area and come here often, but I will need to stop. Got all the way to the bottom of my snack wrap just to find someone's hair in it. Can't be mine, I don't have black hair. UNACCEPTABLE. updating my review because the "owner" advised that they would "like to help" but first I need to fill out a form, answer a bunch of questions, and have my time wasted just to be thanked for my "feedback." How about you refund me my meal instead. THERE WAS FREAKING HAIR IN MY MEAL. THIS PLACE SUCKS

The worst experience ever at McDonald’s. The cashier clearly didn’t know what she was doing. I used my rewards card, but none of the eligible items applied. The drive-thru service was terrible — it took more than 10 minutes to get my order. When they finally handed me my food, both the 10-piece and 4-piece chicken nuggets were missing. The supervisor kept insisting that my order didn’t include nuggets until I showed her my receipt to prove it. When I got home, I realized the small fries were missing too. On top of that, my food was cold, and my hamburger had no lettuce — it was just a plain, tasteless sandwich. Halloween is a busy day, and I understand that, but it’s unacceptable not to have efficient employees or proper supervision. If the supervisor doesn’t know what she’s doing, it’s no surprise the rest of the staff doesn’t either. I’ve been a loyal McDonald’s customer for over 30 years, and it’s truly disappointing to see how the service keeps getting worse. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonald’s. I really miss the quality and care the company used to have when the corporation was in charge.

Special Shout Out to Irma! Claudia! And Jose! Every Time without fail food is fresh! Customer service is beyond excellent! And even wait time is very little even when they are super busy. They certainly do the best they can on a daily basis. I would know because I come almost every day lol. There is a closer McDonald's to me but I very much prefer to come see Irma and her team! My Hot N Spucy Meal Deal ma be made with Chicken and Potaoes, but I taste nothing but love! Thank You Ladies and Gentleman!

This location has probably the most rudest staff. Not only did they forget to give us all our food, no apology or anything and then to top it off the manager just stood there watching as we waited to be helped. Then when we asked for ketchup they handed us one packet, for two large fries. I'm usually pretty understanding about things but this is always a recurring issue at this location. I only stop here because my son loves the play place.

Extremely rude. Always getting orders incorrect & getting upset bc they forgot items on your order or didn't charge for what you vocally told them over the intercom. This morning I ordered two orders of the two for five breakfast sandwiches (4total sandwiches) and they only charged me for one order (2 breakfast sandwiches). Apparently the girl who took the order thought I said two sandwiches only, not two orders. And that's okay. People make mistakes. But it's all the time. It's not just once in awhile. It's literally every time. I am not going to be going back to this location. The older Hispanic lady at the window early this morning asked me if I still wanted the order of two for five breakfast sandwiches which I replied no. She then said okay bye and shut the window aggressively. I understand it gets busy and people have stressful mornings, but if you're going to be providing service to the community, you could at least be a little more professional. I'm sure my review won't make a difference. But I hope somebody in management notices how rude these people are & cares enough to train better or at least beyond the shift to help out the struggling workers.
