McDonald's Menu Prices at 5775 Asheville Hwy ★3.4 (1933)

I am not normally one to post reviews, however, my experiences at this McDonald’s certainly require one. Every single time I have placed a curbside order, at least the past 5 times, I end up sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes, which I end up having to go inside to get my order. Even better— once I’m inside and tell them I haven’t gotten my food yet, THAT is when they start making my food. This place is absolutely ridiculous. Even MUCH better, when I went inside to pick up my food today (after again waiting in my car for 30 minutes) I’m in line, and the customer in front of me and the worker proceed to stand there for 6 MINUTES talking about random things and I suppose getting to know one another?? As if there aren’t people in line. Why on earth does a curbside pickup order take over 30 minutes when I live 9 minutes away? Clearly the manager at this establishment either doesn’t know how to manage their staff or they simply don’t care. Regardless, this specific McDonald’s is flat out lazy. It’s also quite funny considering they mark my order “complete” after 10 minutes of me placing it, I’m assuming to make it look like they actually get their orders out in a timely manner. If you want to come to this McDonald’s, go through the drive through. Or simply don’t go at all!

First thing of all, i experienced the worst customer service of any fast food restaurant. I asked to cancel an order and the person at the window was some lady who rolled her eyes and slammed the window and proceeded to ask me why i wanted to cancel???! i had two separate orders and all i wanted to do was discard the first one and pay for the second bc i simply changed my mind, i never had anyone ask me why i wanted to cancel and just stare at me at the window and jerk my card out my hand and mumble words while shaking her head just being rude. she tried to argue with me about canceling bc i guess she didn’t want to? she was soooo rude. also i got my egg after i bit into my sandwich and it just tasted/ smelled weird and its green which is a sign of either spoilage or overcooking the egg way too much, didnt even wanna take it back bc of the rude cashier.

Me and my mother went to their drive thru and ordered a big Mac meal (for me), Double Qurter Pounder (with cheese) (for my mother), and a double qurter pounder (with NO CHEESE) for my brother. When we got home, my mother found out that her Double qurter pounder had "no "bottom" bun". Her Double qurter pounder was thrown in the box like no body cared about it. So she had to eat "mussy" hamburger that looked like it had exploded in the box. The French fries was also ICE COLD by the time we got them. UPDATE: Just spoke with the owner (or manager) today who runs this particular restaurant. The person who i spoke to was extremely nice and was very disappointed on the situation. She informed me she will check the security cameras to see who had done this so it can be addressed as its a direct violation.

Food is good, have had several encounters with rude employees over multiple visits. On my most recent trip my tea literally had so much ice in it I couldn't hardly get the straw in the drink......there also was no napkins. The ice is only supposed to be filled to the little yellow line the food was good but they shorted me on my drink which was the original reason I even stopped to begin with.

I have been waiting on a mobile order that I placed 30 minutes ago, for 15 minutes just sitting at the restaurant, waiting for them to give me a 20 piece, 2 sauces and a mcflurry. Thank you for the fantastic service that took half an hour to get from the restaurant out to my car. Everyone here needs a raise quite clearly such motivated workers.
