McDonald's Menu Prices at 525 Airport Rd ★3.1 (2983)

My wife and I came in and placed an order on the kiosk and chose to pay cash at the register. We waited approximately 10 minutes before inquiring about our food. The guy working behind the counter said he would check on it and after approximately five minutes longer we had to interrupt him again to Ask and he said the same thing again. Again after another five minutes we asked and then he told us he could not find our order. We told him what we wanted and he went back to what he was doing without putting our order in the register. After a few more minutes, a woman came up and changed out the cash drawer and I attempted to ask her if we could get our order placed. She said she was busy in the back and could not tAke it. My wife and I have now been waiting 20 minutes and there were a few other upset people at the counter so we left. We have NEVER had such a BAD EXPERIENCE like this before, Not only this but there were a couple of workers in the back, carrying on with each other, laughing, and playing hand games with each other. One person had come in after his drive through order was messed up and told us how rude the drive thru lady was. We wanted to eat in but decided to give the drive thru a try. The lady was not very polite but we did get our order but the fries were not hot. Horrible experience!!! Friday, May 23, 2025

A big black person walked out from the back and yelled why are the 2 customers not using the kiosk to order. 2 of the 4 were broke. Then he through my mocha frappe on the counter and refused to call my number 100. I had to go and find it. He is rude and Arrogant. Talk to the Brevard NC location, the staff is fantastic.

Stopped here around 7pm on our way up from SC. Both me and my boyfriend agreed this is the freshest McDonald’s we’ve ever had. Everything was crisp! The bathrooms and store were also clean and decorated for Christmas. Food came out in only two or so minutes. We had a great experience here and I felt like they deserved a 5 star review.

Short on staff, making excuses for poor customer service, staff at window spoke zero English. **Update Sunday 1-11-26** I ordered on the mobile app, paid in full, arrived at the restaurant 15 minutes later, itwaited 46 minutes in drive thru to pick up. Even in the double drive thru lanes, I had the opposite lane take two cars ahead of me! When I finally got to the window to collect my order, was handed a bag and drive, nothing said, auto window closed and she walked away. As I drove away, my drink had no syrup or sweetness, just carbonation and a little color... I'm done, no more chances. Was only going there as a last resort on a tight schedule any how. Shame on this franchise owner! You need to do better, pay more money to hire quality people that have good work ethic. This location could be a consistent gold mine. I'm going to opt out myself, good luck. 👍

On our way back home, we decided to stop to use the restroom and grab a bite to eat. Wow… is all I can say. The bathrooms were dirty, and when we got to the counter, it took almost 10 minutes for the cashier to even acknowledge us. On top of that, two employees were leaving during this time, and it was obvious the place was understaffed. The cashier was also rude — I understand she may have been overwhelmed, but that’s no excuse for poor customer service. When we finally got our food, the poor guy ahead of me still hadn’t even been helped. I also ordered a large, and these fries don’t look anywhere near what a large should be (picture attached, and this is before I even touched them). I’m from Myrtle Beach and have never had an issue at other locations, but this one needs to get it together.
