The customer service here was excellent, as someone who work in a restaurant I felt so appreciative:) Shawn was patient and ver respectful he understood my order and didn’t question my question I truly love the environment the team was also really well 😊 our food was all there and it tasted great , exceptional hospitality.

Stopped by for breakfast at 6:30am on a winter morning. Food was hot and freshly made, coffee was great, and the dining room was warm and very clean. The staff were friendly, kind and courteous. Very pleased with my stop.

My curbside mobile order included a happy meal for my daughter, I double checked my receipt on the bag and in the app, it was on there. I called the store and it immediately went to voicemail. I drove back and the doors were locked and again no one answered the phone. The only way to speak to an employee was to wait in the full on both sides drive thru. Even the mobile app said to contact the store to resolve the issue with no proper way to speak to an employee. Yall need to get your shit together.

Went through the drive through, ended up forgetting 2 mcchickens and a medium fry that came with my combo. Had to go inside and ask for a fry and order two mcchickens. There is no reason why 2 mcchickens should take 20 minutes. Whole crew kept chitchatting and I seen one of them pick a napkin from the floor and not wash their hands. Absolutely disgusting. Fire the 8pm crew except the young black male who gave me my fries in an instant. It wasn’t even busy there was no one in the line or in the building so I don’t understand why it took so long. Came here 2/23/26

I walked in there and tried to place an order but one of the employees said I couldn’t place and order in-store and had to place it through the app, well I didn’t have the app so I tried to go through the drive through and he told me the same thing. So this other guy walks into the McDonald’s and tries to place an order but the employee tell the customer the same thing he told me and the customer asks “If you can’t take orders why are you cooking food?” Which was a good point but the employees response is “I’m not going back and forth with you” and then the employee goes onto ignore the customer. A very unpleasant experience.
