McDonald's Menu Prices at 1871 2nd Ave ★3.6 (1393)

Horrible I paid for food and they refuse to give it to me. I asked for the district manager and got ignored for over 30min. Both hardly speak English and when asked for my food or a refund I got yelled at in Spanish in front of multiple people. I asked for the manager name and they looked at me and ignored me. This is the worse McDonald’s ever! You might as well go to Dunkin’ Donuts next door. They never have fresh food and the lobby is always left dirty with homeless people sleeping and using the bathroom. Extremely disrespectful! And it’s embarrassing to McDonald’s. I hope the district manager gets fried for hiring and not up keeping with this branch. The management is horrible! The customers service is even worse and everyone needs a training on it! None of their food is fresh. They constantly had people yelling at them for fresh food with a line out side the door due to lack of one cashier. Extremely disorganized. This McDonald’s needs a whole new team, management, and structure. I tried to get a refund before and those lady told me how it’s going to get them in trouble if I do a refund it gets documented to Corporate and just offered me a large fry in another problem. Ridiculous this is the 2nd issue at this location. They need new management asap!

This McDonald's is one of the best of all time! I always go there when I was younger and still do because of food eats and for the Happy Meals 😀🤤!! Great McDonald's for friends and family, students and a great place to hangout or go on a date! Food here can vary depending on what you want, but definitely a great McDonald's for everyone who's looking for something cheap or low price to eat!

The workers here are so disorganized and very unprofessional. Like I know this is fast food, I don’t expect 5star service. But the every time I come in here (this will be my last time) I’m always dealing with a lot attitude, delayed orders, messing up orders, and just overall they just don’t care. I was hoping for a better experience this time around but they’re pretty consistent. There’s other restaurants and deli around, go somewhere else

Excellent customer service from the guys that worked the register and front tonight! The food comes in on time and is very affordable. The space is clean and open until 11:00pm. Probably one of the best McDonalds in town!

McDonald’s is always a reliable option when you’re in a rush and need something quick and affordable. The food was fresh and served hot, which is exactly what I expected. The service was fast and the staff was polite, even during a busy hour. While it’s not gourmet, it’s consistent — and that’s what keeps people coming back. The location was clean and well-managed, which made the experience smooth. Great for a quick bite or late-night snack. What’s your go-to McDonald’s meal when you’re in a hurry?
