McDonald's Menu Prices at New York — 10010 ★3.5 (795)

Totally disappointed with this place. I went to use my gift card that they gave me at work and ordered a combo of nuggets. The cashier on duty made me swipe the card, which was approved according to the photo I show. Then he told me that his computer window says no. I told him to call his manager. He called his manager and the very despotic man did not treat me well. He told me that the card could not be used anymore because it had no funds. Obviously, the other cashier had already swiped it. In the end, I did not want to buy anything else in that place. It seems like a mockery to people. The only one I can say that was helpful was Miss Sara, who very kindly helped me with the password to go to the bathroom. Otherwise, the others just made fun of me. Next time, I will file a complaint against them for mistreatment and bullying.

I was given coffee with expired milk. I went to the manager, but he showed me another coffee and said he didn't know what was wrong with mine. I was poisoned, and they told me, "We don't know what it is” excellent service! Please Please Please eat at normal places, also there are a lot of homeless people here, and it stinks.

So easy to order on the touchscreen. The seating area is spacious and very clean Most of all the service was very welcoming and friendly.

The ordering terminals were malfunctioning. After I placed my order and received it, I ordered an iced coffee with caramel. There was no caramel at all, and when I pointed this out, especially since I paid for an extra portion, I ended up not getting any caramel at all. I am very upset. The employee was also rude and did nothing, simply ignoring my request.

Put in a take out order from the app. So many good deals were available, I got the 20 nuggets for $5. Also ordered Big Mac and L fries. Upon arriving at the store, it was pretty busy. The store was relatively clean. There’s a second floor with lots of tables to dine in. There were 4 kiosk for self ordering and one counter to order with an associate. They were handing out order by calling order numbers and keeping them at the back unless they saw the pick up person. It was good to see they were keeping the food safe. I got mine in about 10 minutes. The food was good, typical McD quality. Big mac, fries, nuggets all were made perfectly. Order wasn’t missing any items luckily. It was a satisfying first time experience at this McD.
