McDonald's Menu Prices at 700 Broadway ★3.7 (3123)

This is the second restaurant of this chain I've visited during my trip to this large and complex city; the first one was in an upscale area, I'd say, and it was dirty, and the customer service was just average. But this establishment is clean, located in a very busy area or neighborhood. There's no mess, it's clean, the food is served quickly, and the customer service is excellent, which I attribute to the Latino staff who served me so kindly. I'm genuinely happy with this place, especially since I had just come from another restaurant that was closed. This place really cheered me up.

Located on the busy stretch of Broadway in Brooklyn, this McDonald’s serves as a convenient stop for a quick meal, whether you’re on the go or looking for a familiar bite in the neighborhood. Like most McDonald's locations, it offers the full classic menu—burgers, fries, chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and of course, the iconic Big Mac. The food here is exactly what you’d expect from the global chain: consistent, fast, and comforting. The fries are usually hot and crispy, and the burgers are made to standard. During peak hours, the freshness can vary slightly depending on how busy the kitchen is, but overall, the food meets McDonald's usual quality. This location also offers breakfast items, which are surprisingly satisfying—especially the Egg McMuffin and hash browns. If you're looking for something sweet, the McFlurry or apple pie is always a nice treat. As for service, the staff is generally efficient and polite, though lines can get long during lunch hours. There are self-service kiosks available, which make ordering faster, especially if you’re customizing your meal. The dining area is simple but functional. It’s usually clean, with enough seating for small groups and individuals. . Like many fast-food spots in NYcy it can get a little crowded or noisy, particularly after school hours or late evenings. Overall, this McDonald’s does its job well. It’s not a gourmet experience—. but if you’re in the area and craving classic fast food, this location delivers exactly what you need: quick, familiar, and affordable eats

Ordered thru app and my big breakfast came without any butter, syrup and utensils. How lazy can u be packing an order without checking it if everything is complete before handling it to the driver.

This is a great location. The dining area is big. They’ve added ordering kiosks, service times match the app, orders are assembled well, and the staff is respectful and kind. Sometimes surfaces are a bit unclean, but it’s a busy fast food joint, so that needs to be factored in. They also offer drive up which is great and not frequently available in the city.

Shout out to the staff because I will quit just because of the school rush-hour. Honestly, these kids would make it horrible to work here, but the staff did very good at keeping a positive, calm, very nice environment.
