McDonald's Menu Prices at 428 Knickerbocker Ave ★3.8 (1151)

This place is busy and they should have someone at the counter. They literally have someone standing in the front by the kiosk to show people how to use the machine but when you get to the counter to pick up order, there’s no one is there you have to wait for orders that you ordered ahead of time to avoid this situation and then when you do get Your food or my case my coffee they stole the McDonald’s sticker. This is super petty. I know this is Bushwick. I was raised and I love it, but this is the petty as as it comes stealing McDonald’s peels

I come here all the time when I go see my sis/ my nieces. They always very very very nice. The cashiers even though it's busy they still help my nieces and I with the app. Yes they do have a Kiosk but it's a bit complicated with all our orders. The cashiers here I just love them . They are patient and u don't see them with attitudes or being mean to people. This restaurant after the school kids get out , has soooo many people in it. The lines are long and these employees work the fastest they can and get things done. The McDonald's on 70 st and Broadway need to take lessons from these employees because over there they are sooo rude and crazy attitudes. I will not go to that McDonald's again. This McDonald's is so busy that there's an employee going around sweeping so that it stays clean. I thank the cashiers who are always very helpful to me and my nieces with the app. The food is good and hot and there is an upstairs here to dine at. Bathrooms are kept clean. Parking is not easy around here , simply because it's a shopping area. . Meter parking in day time. This is how busy it gets after school days

I like this Mcdonalds due to its mostly female staff. They are nice, recognize you, and try their best. One time they were out of ketchup and I always get a lot of ketchup with my order and they went and filled up an empty Cheese Burger box with ketchup they had from one of their machines instead of leaving me hanging. Nice location and atmosphere, mostly peaceful families eating with their kids and teenagers coming home from school/practice.

I rarely give 5 stars on anything, but service was exemplary. Got my order in like less than 5 minutes(2-3 minutes). Also very kind I mean i went back because i noticed they didn't give me any sauce. Then I though what can they give me that would make a mediocre sandwich into an awesome sandwich, i asked for picante sauce(hot sauce, but made a hugh mistake. should've vasked for mild picante) summer 90°degree weather(felt uncomfortable the whole day. People with acid reflux like me, go for mild, or eat a piece of cheese after). Big Mac(mediocre, but in this heat. It was ok.)it was another hot day today so I thought I would go get me a big mac and try tartar sauce, might be able to make the big mac tastes awesome. But was told can't, need to wait till 11am. It's funny because, it really wasn't me that wanted a big mac, but my aunt all I have been doing is buying macs for her, because it was a deal $3.50 for a big mac. Avoid the fish filet, 7 for 2 isn't worth it, because the fish sandwich shrunk(I subtitles dollar tree fish sandwich, for my aunt and it's just fine.). Since McDonald's doesn't want to serve me burgers at 7:30am. Went some where, I decide to try a whopper with impossible patty. It was interesting. Even at $3 fish sandwich not worth it. Regret buying it, but my aunt was sick and she wanted fish sandwich, and big mac. Should have just brought 2. Had to eat all four of it. She only took 1 bite took. The small buns mean more doughy buns. Half slice of cheese. Size of a slider.

I’m not the biggest review person however I’m so used to expecting bad service going into McDonalds that I was genuinely shocked by how great the staff and just the environment was in general ! Food came out fast, everything was clean and everyone was kind! 10/10
