So this a mcdonalds where the managers and store managers need to be trained that the workers are not your friends...1st off they suppose to open up at 6 failed at that....opens late then talks crap about the customer about opening late in front of the customer so perfect...food was fresh no problem there but I should of just asked for a refund since he had so much to say in Spanish but I will be doing that every morning for now on since he has a attitude and I hope more people come here early mostly ones with tempers so he could feel the wrath cause me I dont get mad I just warn my people (you guys) End of the day we paying for the food,we paying for the service we dont need no confused guy talking crap cause they open 12 min late and gotnthe customers outside in the cold while they talking inside... and for the store manager the date of incident was 2/14 6am look at your beautiful employees and manager on camara and see if that's how you want your store ran

I just want to let everyone know that this is NOT McDonald's anymore, it's a hangout spot for all of these teens that hang out there. When you first go in, to your left all the seats are taken but not by customers, it's taken from these horrible teens that don't buy anything from there and it's always on the left hand side of this place. This is literally a hang out spot to them and the manager does not do anything about it and just lets them hang out there. I have even tried going after 5 pm and they are STILL hanging out there and I ask myself, do these kids even have a home to go to? This is really bad here at this McDonald's and if it's not inside, you will see them outside hanging outside too. I will try to get in contact with the higher ups of McDonald's to report this to see if they can do something about this because right now it's really, really bad. I would avoid going to this McDonald's if you want to be in peace.

The cleaning lady was doing more talking than cleaning. I had to clean my own table. She just walked around with Mop. Then there was no toilet paper. Then she told us to use napkins cause she was too busy. She had an attitude about it.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, LARGE AMOUNT OF UNRULY YOUTH. Ordered via the kiosk and proceeded to the worker who had the restroom key as she's escorting me to the restroom her off duty coworker rushes to the door and just enters the restroom expecting me to wait, so I walked out I refuse to spend money in any establishment that's not centered on customer satisfaction. Furthermore the youth were in there I'll mannered cursing, yelling. This is not customer friendly establishment at all.

The combo was a little off for me but it was good, I hope they improve the quality.
