McDonald's Menu Prices at 3229 E Tropicana Ave ★3.4 (3052)

As you can see, there is no cashiers it's all touch screen. It's terrible because the screen keeps asking the user if you want to add this, round up that etc. It feels like being in jail getting served thru a hole in the wall. It's a cold place to eat.

Pay in change. If u get am order that ends with pennies for change with your order THEY DONT HAVE ANY. They may have decided that since we no longer mint pennies they dont have to use them. Yes it might only be 1-4 cents but times that by the number of customers that could add up as big win for that store.

Fast, nice service and well prepared meals. Given the fact the mcdonald’s is a chain we expect always a good service right? Wrong, A lot of mcdonald’s I’ve been around the world were full of problems. This one not, everything worked fine and the service was fast as well. The inside area of the restaurant to eat is little small but cozy.

Horrible service!, since they have those stupid computers to order, they forgot to tell their workers about still having to help and be respectful to customers. ( it's call customer service). You ask them something and when they decide to answer you, it comes with a role up eyes!. I decided not to do something at the moment because I was with my 10 year old son, didn't wanted to be a bad example to him, but even my son at 10 said at some point, they don't like their work right dad?. I just decided not to go back there anymore!. Hopefully they will train people in better customer service skills!.

Tried to pick up my mobile order and they refused to help me at all. They said that something had gone wrong on their end and we had to cancel it and reorder. But when I tried to do this it got rid of the deal I was using on my order. I asked the cashier for help but at this point he became upset and was being very mean and dismissive. He walked away partway through our interaction and I had no idea what to do. I thought he went to get help or a phone number I could contact, but when he returned he was very upset that I was still there even though he had never told me he wanted me to leave, he had just left me hanging. He wouldn't even look at the digital receipt or order on my end. He told me that the McDonald's app is a 3rd party app? and that I would have to call the app to get it fixed. But on the app it says to contact the store if there is a problem with your order. So I guess I'm stuck in McDonald's fraudulent purgatory. You better hope that if you go to this McDonald's there isnt a problem, because they will be rude, dismissive, and lie about policy when something goes wrong.
