McDonald's Menu Prices at 1160 S 5th St ★3.1 (2132)

While pulling into the drive thru, a semi truck with product decided to block the drive thru at 8am. Online order was placed, drive thru personnel did not speak very good English at all. I was asked to wait around the corner for 2 sandwiches. This method is used to skew the drive thru times that corporate recieves. There were no additional vehicles other than the 3 asked to go wait. This food is not good enough to be good food fast lile a restaurant. This is a fast food restaurant that took over 10 minutes for the food to arrive.

Ordered 2 coffees around 4pm on Wed, 3/4. Guy in blue shirt (looked of management importance) decides to pour them with his back to me and then puts a carafe with an orange top back on the burner. Upon checking the Internet, McDonald's decaf comes in the orange top carafe. I did not ask for decaf, in fact I wanted the caffeine and would have waited for a new pot, but Holmes took it upon himself to make the poor decision for me. Typical of this location - usually just bad. I mean how much apathy does it take to mess up McDonald's? Just reinforces how bad this location is. SMH.

I was there approximately 15 minutes ago. I asked for cheese on my sandwich I did check my food, but no as well as I thought. When I started eating my food I did not have cheese. The fact that I was charged an extra .69 for something that I did not receive makes me highly upset. I understand it's a simple mistake, but that's a mistake that I paid for. I truly suggest that you all hire staff that can pay attention. I will not return to this establishment.

Try to order a double quarter pounder at the drive through, they said they was out a quarter. Meet it never came back to take my order for anything else. Sat there for 10 minutes. It got tired of waiting and left very poor service. Don't recommend this place to anybody.

I went to this location last night with 3 of my friends at around 9pm last night. I did not get anything myself but my friends all did. They enjoyed their food and the service. However, there was something that caught my eye and my friend's eye’s as well. All of the tables in the restaurant were dirty including ours and me and my friends had to clean the table ourselves so we could sit there. Not only that but the trash cans were so full that some of the trash couldn’t fit inside and had to be put by the trash cans. The environment was disgusting to look at and the workers need to make sure that even in the hours before closing that the tables are clean at all times, the floors are clean at all times, and that the trash is taken out whenever the cans are full. I hope to see improvements on this place soon.
