McDonald's Menu Prices at 7300 Wyoming Rd ★3.2 (1237)

Stopped by this McDonald’s in East Dearborn and had a great experience. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming, which honestly makes a big difference compared to some other locations. Service was quick and the order came out exactly as expected. The place also seemed clean and organized during the visit. Overall a solid McDonald’s location if you’re in the area and need a quick bite.

Cassandra and the rest of the crew was amazing. I came in around 12:30, to buy lunch for my daughter's class for her birthday. I had a large order 21 of the 6 dollar meals and a few other items. The food was hot when I arrived at the school for the kids, they placed all the drinks in a box, so they wouldn't spill and none did. The kids were sooo excited, I thank you all for a great lunch!

I ordered a mcvalue daily double meal and requested extra toppings. When I got home they did not make the sandwich as I requested. I called and the manager stated she would replace it. I go to get it replaced and she’s asking for the food back. It’s been over two days, why would I still have the food. Then she further stated that because there was no note left she could not replace it. So it’s my fault the manger did not leave the note. Furthermore I returned this past Sunday during the Lions half time to get it replaced and they were understaffed as well as transferring customers from the drive-thru to the lobby to order. That took forever so I decided to leave and come today. Long story short I’m not going to lie about some food or what occurred Sunday. It’s an inexpensive sandwich and in my opinion the manager was inconsiderate. It is all about accuracy and customer satisfaction which was not provided.

Went through the Drive-thru, ordered food along with Frappes. Well I assume they were having issues with the machine. Long story short I waited the 12 minutes for the drinks as I watched the bag with my food sit there. Once I got the food it was not hot. I asked if they can at least give me fresh fries, the young man just walked away from the window. Rude! I would’ve went in but I was already running late.

This was very fresh food!! It was a rush time so I knew it was going to take a bit but when it came wow!! It was good and the manager was so kind too.
