Great customer service, great fresh food, and THEY ACTUALLY FILL THE BOX WITH FRIES! They deserve the most for that! Thank you! I have gone three weeks in a row and had great experiences - restroom and lobby are clean. Only complaint: the Wi-Fi is garbage. If the Wi-Fi were decent, I would have definitely given all 5 stars!

This store needs to update the lobby hours from 11p to 945p because the sign said it was open and when questioned about it so I could use the restroom they blew me off and sent me to QT.. then they didn't have the holiday pies we ordered and offered fresh cookies instead ,but gave us apple pies... Had to throw away the apple pies because I'm allergic to cinnamon!... This store is just as bad as most others in the area... Probably had the doors locked because there were kids running around inside guess it's a daycare instead of a restaurant. Thanks for the crappy service

I placed a mobile order and they fixed it incorrectly and the lady at the window had a nasty attitude. When I went back around to let them know the food was incorrect and their is a food allergy I ask for her name she said no closed the window and walked away. I also was not given a receipt. Another woman came to the window and I asked for the previous lady's name she said she can't give it to me and asked why do I need it. I said to report her for being rude she said I can take care of it. I will NOT be back this is the second time they have been rude and messed up on my order. I do not recommend this location

Well, I don’t know what happened, but I clearly said twice that I wanted NO ketchup on my cheeseburger, extra pickles and some mustard. I got a cheeseburger with NO cheese basically, NO mustard, NO pickles ,and loaded down with ketchup. Is this a sick joke or something? Not happy I’m at work and I can’t go back to get it fixed. I called and of course there’s no answer. You have to leave a message. Hopefully they will fix this because everybody just wants what they ordered..

The sandwich was delicious and filling. It was on the new international menu. BUT I made the rookie mistake of not checking my bag before leaving the drive through and they forgot my fries. Needless to say I was devastated and had to get back to work so just left. I will say that it was the quickest at lunch (11:45ish) I have EVER gotten through a drive through so at least there was that and the service minus not getting 1/3 my order was good.
