McDonald's Menu Prices at 4906 Kentucky Ave ★3.5 (1931)

One of the people working behind the counter was eating popcorn in a food prep area by the fries the last time I went inside. This place is either hit or miss. Usually, the breakfast crew is on it! The later in the night you go it's more of a crap shoot. Because the breakfast crew is so good, I kept the rating at 3 stars.

It’s actually crazy that they allow you to complete a Mobile, pick up order. The order goes through online says they’re open. Went to pick it up, I was advised that they dont have any food out or any orders and are closed. When requested how to get money back was told it was DoorDash’s problem until he was told it was ordered on the mobile app by us. then told us it would be refunded within 24 hours, but did not Provide any confirmation or his name. Confused how I will get a refund when I was advised they didn’t have the order and was not asked. Absolutely insane.

This McDonalds is usually too busy for my liking. I've been "STUCK" after ordering from the app and then waiting forever for someone to bring me food to curbside or standing in the lobby waiting for pick up. UGH This is one of the places I would recommend the "old fashioned way" of ordering in drive-thru or inside, in person.

I placed a mobile order at this location and when I went to pick it up, the store was closed due to staffing. I've tried emailing through the app to get my money back and they stated I had to call the location. When you call the store, it goes to a voicemail that is full and will not let you leave a message. I don't live in Indiana, so I'm unable to show up in person, as I was traveling when I placed the mobile order. I still have not received my $20 back that this restaurant stole. It's completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I definitely would never go this McDonald's again.

A lot of attitude. Witnessed some manager lady yelling to a manager in a blue shirt as he was entering to help and then shouting that 10 managers want to quit or whatever. Another lady was rude about the fact that I put my order in for counter pickup and it somehow got sent as a drive thru, and then insinuated there's no way their system caused a mistake. It's constantly and only ever set on counter pickup and it doesn't change. Another woman got irritated that I asked for new fries because they were genuinely cold by the time I got them because I waited and she told me it's my fault because it gets made and then it's on me to get it when I waited in the store for 15 minutes already and ordered from the parking lot and came in. They couldn't find my order in the system, but gave me the food anyways because somehow it was already made. The man with a heavy accent in the blue shirt handled things extremely well and professionally though so commendations to him.
