McDonald's Menu Prices at 339a Douglas Road ★3.5 (1892)

Just walked through ask manager for happy meal without food as my baby is 6 months old she can't eat, just want for her to play and photo. I was willing to pay for that but he was not listening, ignoring and very rude

This MacDonald looks like a kinder garden, but most like a high school full of this young generation whit zero training, professionalism and manners. The guy in the window The person who gave me the food didn't even say hello, nothing else, just remained silent, awkward silence. I says thank you. He close the window look the other guy next to him say something and stall Laughing. They should get rid of all this teenagers whit zero respect for others. They give them the opportunity to work and they bring theirs school behavior to the work place.

Used the drive through and waited about 5 minutes with no response, so I decided to drive to the first window and explained to them what had happened young lady took the order but an older supervisor lady said in Spanish that it was my fault and probably didn’t even even wait a minute, thinking I didn’t understand her. Everyone else was fine, they had no other cars.

I’ve been coming to this location for years now and have always been satisfied with the food and customer service. My orders are always accurate with the modifications that I have on my items so I’m happy that attention to detail is always paid there. The food is always fresh and tastes as good as McDonald’s gets!

I just used the McDonald's app to order breakfast at the Douglas road, location in Montgomery. When I got there they said they could not locate my order, which cost me $47.18 (but they had no trouble finding my credit card). I then tried going through the drive up because the app said I could and I had just had a procedure done on my foot and the parking lot was in desperate need of being plowed (8 inches of snow over the weekend.). The guy told me I had to come inside. I told him that I was struggling to walk. He told me I had to come in anyway. His attitude was HORRIBLE!! When I said I would like to speak to a manager, he said, "Fine." When I asked for his name, he actually told me, "Just don't you worry about it." When I went inside and asked for the manager, she had to have another young man come and translate for her. He was very nice. But when I told her what had happened, she pointed to the drive up and said, just girls were working the window. (I believe he was hiding in back because I saw a man peeking out by where they cook.) I told her that was not the case, because it had literally JUST happened minutes ago. She did not seem concerned at all about the way that I was treated. I was shocked that she did not seem to care. I will NEVER go back to that McDonald's again!!
