McDonald's Menu Prices at 1298 S Naper Blvd ★3.6 (640)

Normally things are fine here but the last few times I’ve gone there’s usually something wrong. I had an order pick up, and I got to the second window. They asked me to wait in one of the drive thru spots which was fine. Another car pulled in after me, yet they got their meal before me. I also got a mc flurry but it wasn’t blended, I thought eh its fine I’ll just mix it myself but as I kept mixing it I realized they just dumped oreos on top and the whole bottom was just vanilla. Mcchicken had something in it, I started panicking because it felt like I was chewing on a bone. By the time my food got to me, my fries were cold, and you already have to eat them immediately on the way home otherwise they get cold by the time you walk in the door. And they don’t taste good heated up. Staff was nice though I’m just wondering about the organization of everything because why is it I ordered ahead and still had to wait extra, which again is fine, but someone who came after me got their food first? I’d rather wait and they do everything correctly rather than have something rushed. Also whoever is bringing orders outside should be wearing a jacket, its way too cold to be making her do that.

They've been good with most. Foods as expected, morning drive thru has been good over the years. What made me write a review is I have never been able to get a frappe from this location. And I have tried multiple times at different times of the day. I have always been told it is down or its cleaning. But its been months so I got concerned.

I ordered hot chocolate and a McGriddle with a code for the McGriddle. Somehow, the code didn't work on their end and it was $7, but I got a $2.60 discount. Then I got water with cream and whipped cream. Not hot chocolate. Lazy workers can't make a real one.

Address 75th and naper Blvd in market place plaza went for Breakfast had a bad experience ,terrible service employee was rude. my food because I didn't order on kias my food eggs look like they clean the floors then gave it to me evil. gave me a biscuit that was left over old look dirty. These employees not good to eat there they tamper with your food when they don't like you now they should have to be careful where you eat. Employee tried to give me money for a coffee that I didn't even pay for, I paid for one coffee and I told them is this my order cause this got 2 coffees I only order 1 coffee and already they were ready to give me money out of the register ,when I only purchased 1 coffee. Why would you want to give me a refund on a coffee that I didn't purchase? I had to bring it up to them to tell them. I don't want no money that don't belong to me. I'm just asking a question, is this my order? The bag was greasy. It looked like it was an old bag that they had of something that they threw out,and that they took out the garbage, hash Brown was cold. Coffee lid full of coffee dripping all over. Al never go there again will be scare someone do something to my food scary. I don't recommend this place employees arguing with one another over food order when I walk in was ignored. And when I try to get their attention and I did they change the board from breakfast to lunch and I got there on time before breakfast was over and there was another lady behind me too. That she wanted breakfast. We've been waiting there for them to take care of us. Because I'm not too good with that Kias board .really don't like it .im old school. What a bad experience with all these law of trump I feel employee not giving good service Discriminate. When I spoke to. The manager he told me that she's been working there 20 years, but that don't. substantiate her conduct against me Because shes been working there for twenty years that don't mean that she can disrespect me or be rude to me or give me the food like its been clean on the floors bag greasy and wrinkle like if it was taken out the garbage can. I've been there and that McDonald's many times and I see a lot of rudeness, I mean, because of all the stuff that's happening in the world, is not our fault. I should get good service i pay for my food didn't ask for it free. This the 4th time these employees has giving me my food in a rude and unacceptable way. Won't be going there anymore food look like tamper with . Eggs Smear on floor and then put on tray and giving to me . Grossed.

Ordered the McCrispy chicken sandwich... instead got two chicken strips on a bun?! What is THAT? So they weren't as thick and sandwich was falling apart when trying to eat. Can't put in a concern thru the app where I ordered... and calling the restaurant to sit on hold on a busy weekend day (not their fault) just to be told to come back in is FAR from convenience. Mcdonald's needs to handle concerns and resolves thru the app like most other restaurants
