Impersonal + Shrinkflation. If you're going to force customers to order through the kiosk, make it a pleasant experience at least. It was so clunky and constantly trying to sell up charges - super annoying! Played a short jingle and video for every item you added, like a "yay"! No thank you. There was no staff up front, and they did not seem eager to come forward to help (just an implied glance to the kiosk like that should take care of everything - even though it doesn't dispense ketchup). Breakfast sandwiches are now smaller than ever. It wasn't even fresh, with the bread partly stale from sitting under a warmer for too long.

My wife said this was the best McDonald's she's ever visited! We just stopped for a quick bite on a trip and rarely rarely ever go to McDonald's. But this one was spotless, the staff was extremely helpful, more than I've ever seen, even coming to the table after we started to eat to inquire if we needed anything. They greeted us when we came in and asked if we wanted to use the kiosk or order in person! The food was good it was hot and what I found most remarkable was that the prices seem to have dropped. I hear McDonald's is trying to restore their reputation for being an inexpensive place and some of their meal deals certainly support that!

Five stars for a fast food place. The breakfast here has been hot and fresh every time I've been there, which is probably too often. I love getting there hashbrowns which are super good. The place is maintained well and its clean. If you are looking for quick and yummy spot to eat, this location is worth a visit.

It’s OK if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat. The service is mediocre. The food is OK and the atmosphere truly depends on the location you’re at. Ice cream machines never work.

I asked for a receipt from the girl with blonde hair at the first window and told me she couldn’t get one because a manager needed to print it. I should NOT have to ask for a receipt. She rolled her eyes when I said well get the manager then. Shouldn’t be working customer service if you don’t like your job. ☺️
