McDonald's Menu Prices at 9140 E Talking Stick Way ★3.6 (1074)

I placed an order through the app to pick up and arrived at 4:35 in the morning today. No one answered my calls at the speaker nor when I pulled to the window. This is the second time in a month that I’ve stopped for morning breakfast and they were not open at 4:30 as is listed on Google and on the side of their building. Manager – what happened? Update – two weeks later and same exact thing. Put it in a mobile order pulled in at 4:39 AM. Nobody answers at the drive-through nobody answered at the window despite honking to get attention. Why do you advertise opening at 4:30 AM when clearly your establishment isn’t serving customers?

This location is my usual go-to because they’re usually pretty fresh, but over a fair bit now, Juan has been in the drive through when I go, and his positive and friendly energy has become one of the main reasons I look forward to my morning coffee run. I find myself even feeling a bit sad when I don’t see him. So shoutout to Juan in the drive through, man deserves a raise for his excellent customer service!

I stood in front of a register for over 10 minutes and had➡️ this man in the black pants, black shirt with black hair literally walked past me THREE times and did not turn to acknowledge me or make eye contact, once . I knew he was purposely ignoring me because they had so many customers waiting in line at the drive-thru and so many customers waiting in the lobby so I was being patient. After 10 minutes and him walking past me for the 3rd time, now I'm very offended and I started hold up the phone as if I was recording him so that I would have proof of how long he had his back turned to all of the customers in front of the register, which was myself and two other men behind me. As soon as he realized that I was about to do, he finally made eye contact with me after 15 minutes!!! (Most people would have walked out after 5 minutes of not being acknowledged, but I knew that they were busy so I was trying to be patient.) The only reason I am writing this review is because he appears to be the manager and once he realized I might be recording him he makes eye contact with me and says "Excuse me ma'am why are you recording?" I lowered my phone and didn't even get the chance to respond, and now he seems aggressive and says in an angry voice "Excuse me you need to stop recording right now! " Now I am feeling verbally attacked in front of everyone in the lobby and so I respond by saying, 'Oh now you're going to acknowledge me?'As I turn to walk out, he literally yells across the lobby "Don't ever come back here again!" Do not go to this McDonald's‼️ They have THE WORST MANAGER (on Saturday at 5:23pm) & THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED‼️ And that says a lot, because I eat out all the time!

Fast service, food good. Ice machine broken, no napkins, bathroom messy but clean

Im writing this to warn others about the serious negligence I experienced at this McDonald’s location. On July 22nd 2025 at 8:21am I was handed a cup of extremely hot coffee through the drive-thru window, and due to improper handling by the employee, the coffee spilled all over me burning my arm and hand. I had to seek medical treatment for these burns. This incident could easily be seen on the store’s surveillance footage, and I strongly urge management to review it not just for accountability, but to use it as a training tool to show employees exactly what not to do when handling hot beverages. What makes this worse is how poorly the situation was handled afterward. I attempted to contact the store and corporate multiple times, and no one has followed up with me. Not even an apology. No manager came to apologize. The least they could’ve done. It’s unacceptable for a global company to allow this level of carelessness and then ignore a customer who was physically harmed as a result. People deserve to feel safe when ordering a simple coffee not to walk away with burns and medical bills over a $1 coffee.
