McDonald’s is my favorite spot to go but idk what’s going on at this spot. They moved me to a spot someone was already at. Then they ask that person to move so they can give me my food. Thank god I checked the order because not only did they mess up one of the sandwiches completely they also loaded a burger with onions just because we asked for it with no pickles. No pickles doesn’t mean I want extra onions. Poor service all around…

On December 4th, between 7:38 PM and 8:21 PM, we experienced what can only be described as a complete operational failure at this McDonald’s location. Despite waiting nearly an hour, no food was prepared, and the dining area deteriorated into absolute disorganization. Trash cans were overflowing, tables were dirty, floors were messy, and the lobby was overcrowded. This level of neglect demonstrates a serious breakdown in even the most basic store standards. However, the conduct of the manager on duty was the most concerning issue. When multiple customers, including us, requested refunds for orders that had not been fulfilled, the manager repeatedly stated: “I don’t have time to give you a refund.” She refused to issue receipts or process refunds, and made comments indicating she simply “didn’t feel like” providing the required service. Her attitude was unprofessional, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone in a leadership position. A manager who cannot handle conflict, maintain cleanliness, oversee staff, or follow McDonald’s refund policies is not simply “having a bad day” — she is compromising the reputation of your brand and violating basic operational standards. If this is how the shift is being led, then the chaos we witnessed makes perfect sense. Poor leadership has a direct impact on service quality, food safety, and customer trust. This incident warrants immediate escalation, review, and corrective action at the management level. No customer should be treated this way, and no McDonald’s store should be permitted to operate under such conditions.

The food is McDonalds. It’s probably not “food” per se, but sometimes. Mmm. It makes the tastebuds happy. At this particular restaurant, it’s a bit more “meh” than usual. They throw the burgers together so fast that you have to rebuild it when you open the box. Fries were chilly. The real worry is the concern about cross contamination or food safety. Why? The trash cans weee overflowing, the bathroom sinks look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks, the floors are disgusting and the ketchup is 14 hours past its time for swap. The only way to get the attention of workers is to yell through the Pick Up window, since the front of the restaurant gives the “we hate customers” vibe due to its closed off nature. I guess that’s normal culture now. The worst part about it is that every Goodyear McDonalds has the same story … It’s almost like they have something in common (Spoiler: The Owner): Somebody that wants to extract the value of being a McDonalds owner without the responsibility of actually caring about the people that bring it money. Maybe I’m just old for going into the store. Maybe the people that get delivery have a different experience. Of course, they probably pay more too.

Ordered two McGriddles and a hash brown to sit and wait for over 20 minutes.. had to drive off and get back to work because it took almost a whole lunch break waiting for two sandwiches. All the while, people kept being served in the drive through no issue. We weren’t the only car waiting an absurd amount of time either. “Fast food”. Edit: screwed up my order again…

By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited. Bathrooms were out of toilet paper. Never saw an employee. They just dropped things off at the window and disappeared. I ordered a frozen Fruit Punch (a single beverage) and it took 15m for them to get it out. They also forgot the straw. I wasn’t the only person whose order they got wrong. This place seems wildly incompetent.
