McDonald's Menu Prices at Goodyear — 85338 ★2.8 (1233)

Edit: Found out that woman left, so I'll add a star because everyone else was nice. But... tested my luck today...2ND NIGHT IN A ROW I LEFT WITH NO FOOD 🤣. Last night, it was a worker being awful to me, tonight, ran out of patties. I've finally decided I'm never going again lol. I had to laugh that i can't even get food here! Everyone was nice today, but wow. Way too expensive to go 2 nights in a row, just to leave with ZERO food. Unbelievable 🤣 Just when I was thinking this mcdonalds was getting better... wow. I legit left with no food and just my money back. I'll say that everyone else but ONE person was great, but that ONE person, doesn't need to be working there. She actually REFUSED to look at my order number, I kept trying to show her "yeah, I don't work on the food. Sorry. " and went back to handing everyone else there stuff. I would have stood there all night. All she was doing was handing out bags and acted like anything else was way too hard for her. "Look, I think you gave someone my order?" And just said "maybe?" And walked off. Finally talked to a couple other workers and they actually listened to me. Told them just to give me my money back, and that I understand that they were busy, but the one person who was doing THE LEAST, just couldn't be bothered by a customer saying "can you please just look at my order number because I don't think it is being worked on." Sucks being a customer and trying to be nice to someone who is working, just to have me seem like I'm such a hassle, just because I kept trying to tell her I think she gave my order to someone else and to please look at my order. NOPE. Went out of her way NOT to help me. That was wild.

I have honestly never seen a large fast food restaurant chain this dirty before. I can't believe how messy the restaurant is. Couldn't find a clean table. Everywhere you looked there was garbage and the garbage cans were overflowing.

I visited your location today and had a very disappointing experience. The team member at the window, Maria, had a noticeably bad attitude during the interaction. She handed me three drinks that looked like someone had already taken a sip from them. I politely asked if they could be filled properly. She stared at me without responding, so I had to repeat myself. She then took the drinks and slammed the window. At that point, I didn’t feel comfortable asking her to fix the third drink. When I asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce, she told me to ask the person who brings out the food, then closed the window again without another word. I spent sixty five dollars on food that was supposed to be made fresh, but my order wasn’t prepared correctly. The burgers were not fresh, the cheese wasn’t even melted, and the fries were cold. This was both a poor experience and poor quality for the price. I’m hoping this feedback is taken seriously because the service and food were far below expectations.

Food is good 👍 But the service is what kills it. Gone here many times and its always an issue. When ordering a hot coffee in the drive-thru the lady didnt not cap it right and rushed to give it to my sister who was in the driver's seat and spilled the hot coffee on her and didnt even apologize or help she just rushed us out of the drive-thru. Every visit since the monopoly came out they've refused to give me my stickers. The first few days they weren't even using the food wrappers that had the stickers either. Everytime they dont give me my stickers I mentioned it and they fought me about it and I never get it.

If I could give zero stars, I would happily. Worst experience ever. 30 min stuck in drive thru. Then they asked me to go to the front to get the food. Wrong name on order. Then they couldn't figure out what happened. Waste of time. Don't go here
