⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Title: Exceptional Teamwork and Quality — A Perfect McDonald’s Experience Today, 10/19/25 I visited this McDonald’s during the busy Sunday lunch rush, and it was like watching cinematic clockwork in motion. The drive-through line moved smoothly and efficiently, and the team members at the menu speaker were professional, friendly, and confident. When I reached the window, I was greeted with a genuine smile and handed my food with the kind of warmth and precision you’d expect from a McDonald’s commercial. Everyone’s appearance was tidy and professional, and the atmosphere felt upbeat and well-managed. My order was absolutely perfect — the fries were piping hot with just the right amount of salt, the burger was fresh with the ideal balance of ketchup, and even the bun was pristine. The patty was thick, flavorful, and hot off the grill, and the oil tasted clean, reminding me of the nostalgic McDonald’s flavor I loved as a kid. This location deserves recognition for its outstanding management and the clear pride every employee takes in their work. In a world where fast food often feels rushed or careless, this McDonald’s stands out for its excellence in both service and quality. McDonald’s on Shawano and Military is the best I’ve been to since the late 80’s! Way to step up for your State 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 perfection🤌🏼

Tried to order a simple meal with a latte at around 10:40 AM on Thursday the 11th, the person taking my order wouldn’t stop cutting me off and was rushing my order I couldn’t even finish saying what kind of latte I wanted because the guy kept asking is that it and then when I would try to look he would keep asking is that it and anything else. And now I had to pay for something I didnt want because your employees cant let the customers speak when they’re trying to order. Get that kid some proper training.

I have stop by a few times. For some reason comoare to other McDonald's The food at this site gives diarrhea. It must be old food or it is not refrigerated at the right temperature. The customer service can improve. Maybe thay hirenpeople that needs a check. Instead of people that love the job they do. I hope they improve.

Such an awesome looking McDonald’s! It’s a shame the service was terrible. Possibly the worst staff I’ve ever experienced at a national chain. They refused to take my order. Possibly racial motivated but I don’t want to allude to that. Awful service. Unacceptable. McDonald’s do better.
