McDonald's Menu Prices at 2421 Monroe Rd ★3.6 (1009)

Tonight was the final straw with this location. We used the mobile app, pulled into the drive thru, and despite only a handful of cars ahead of us, the wait was ridiculously long. By the time we reached the window, the employee handed us the wrong drinks and was clearly overwhelmed, bags stacked everywhere, no attention to what she was doing, and absolutely no sense of urgency. When we politely pointed out the mistake, instead of fixing it, she got openly hostile. No apology. No accountability. Didn’t even bother to give us straws. This is not the first time this McDonald’s has dropped the ball, but it is absolutely the last time we’ll be giving them our business. There’s also no reliable way to contact a manager at this location, which tells you everything you need to know about how it’s run. We’ll be reaching out directly to the district manager because this level of incompetence and attitude is unacceptable. Avoid this store unless you enjoy long waits, wrong orders, and rude service.

at first they gave us the wrong order, then they gave me a dr pepper that was more like flavored water, the syrup was out. this happened prior to that a week ago with the same thing and they ending up refunding me because they didn’t know what was wrong. So i told them that the dr pepper was out and they offered me a different drink so i chose coke, when they gave it to me it was also out and tasted watery. i gave it back and the worker i assume went to the front and used that machine and got me a coke from there, that one was fine, still not great but whatever i didn’t want to hold the line anymore. its just crazy to me that this happened twice to me and no one else had said anything about the soda being out?

Our food was missing half of our monopoly game pieces, even though we ordered the right stuff. Super disappointing

No McChicken on my sandwich. Just the extra cheese I ordered. How can you forget chicken on a chicken sandwich? Everything else was ok.

Worst servicing McDonald's on the east side of GB. The employees pay no attention to the customers at the counter and you often wait 10 minutes just waiting for one to acknowledge you're even standing there. When you finally order it it's cold when you receive it after waiting another 10 minutes. The store itself is always messy and there's rarely any clean tables and the floor is always gross. When you order in drive thru, even when there are no other customers, the employees don't pay attention to you and you have to repeat yourself 4 times. The one girl that got delivery orders together yesterday has an ATTITUDE on her and was incredibly rude to the dasher after asking to decrease the number of bags for him. Do not waste your time at this location. They don't care about you in the slightest.
