McDonald's Menu Prices at 2001 S Kensington Dr ★3.6 (996)

Ordered the hot honey chicken biscuit. Got a chicken biscuit with a LaCroix amount of hot honey. I didn’t know it was the “hint of hint of hot honey” biscuit.

Had a fairly big order $35 and we got everything but one sandwich so we had to go back to get it also my soda was flat I feel that if they would have bagged the stuff in the meals as they're supposed to be instead of everything crammed together they would have noticed not having the one missing sandwich. And they offered no compensation for the time of having to run back and eat my food cold then was not impressed

Interrupted me while ordering food multiple times no receipt messed up my order now I get no breakfast because guess what it’s 10:38 and I’m unsure if I paid for food I didn’t receive worst McDonald’s in Appleton area never returning unless it’s to use their bathroom and not flush after

One a many standard McDonald's locations in the area. Staff is super friendly and cashier was attentive. Overall the place was clean and orderly. The Bad: This location is a little outdated and needs to be remodeled. Also doesn't have the self serve option for ordering. This is hard to believe since it appears to have good traffic. Many reviews mention the food and order accuracy. Please remember when reviewing a chain location, its not necessary to inject opinion about the food they ALL carry. Furthermore order inaccuracies happen occasionally at all locations. This is usually resolved by ordering menu items "as they come" and not custom. No need to think your superior due to your hatred of something specific. All in all a good experience.

My thoughts and concern come from what I just witnessed. It is currently pouring rain outside. We were parked from drive-thru which was fine. But then our food was brought out to us. The audacity of management leaves me appalled. You have a man in a wheel chair running food out to cars that are parked 40+ feet from the door in the pouring rain. To no fault of his own the food/bag is soaked and falling apart by time it gets to you. You mean to tell me that sending a handicapped man out to deliver food for the cars parked in drive-thru was logical. Do better please. You have how many employees working that are perfectly capable of running food out? Seriously disappointing…
