On a trip and stopped at this location bathrooms nasty, tables not cleaned i can get past those things. However walking into an establishment and hearing people cussing wasn't what I had in mind. And unwrapped food thrown in the bag? I have worked fast food and still took pride in my job.

They were out of orange juice and somehow that made us have to wait longer for our order. We watched people receive orders in the drive thru as well as in the lobby (that was placed after ours) while we waited. The end result was an overcooked biscuit that was so bad that I threw it away

★★★☆☆

The food at this McDonald’s is always good and delicious, and I’ve enjoyed my meals here overall. However, the professionalism of some of the employees could definitely be better. They have also messed up my order before, although they did fix it once I pointed it out, which I appreciated. With a little more focus on professionalism and attention to detail, this location could easily be much better.

Smithers McDonalds is the best McDonalds in the world of McDonalds. The food is always hot and delicious. They have the best fountain drinks. I've never been disappointed. The drive thru employees friendly. And I've been thru alot of McDonalds

Workers need to clean their hands at any given day go thru drive thru and their nails are so dirty it's so noticable and management should hold them accountable. Plus McDonald's is the only fast-food I never see where gloves

MenuPriceTracker vs. Delivery Apps & Other Price Sites

How do these prices compare to what Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub show?

Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and Seamless inflate McDonald's menu prices by 15–30% on top of the in-store price before adding delivery fees, service fees, and tip. The price you see on a delivery app is not what McDonald's charges at the counter. MenuPriceTracker shows the real menu price from the McDonald's app — what you'd actually pay walking into the restaurant or ordering at the kiosk.

Why not just check TripAdvisor for McDonald's prices?

TripAdvisor doesn't track individual McDonald's store prices. Any price information on TripAdvisor is user-submitted, covers only a small fraction of locations, and can be months or years out of date. MenuPriceTracker tracks store-level prices for 9,200+ US McDonald's locations across all 50 states, refreshed monthly from the McDonald's app.

Where does MenuPriceTracker get McDonald's price data?
