Overall, it's a nice, bright place where you can take your children for a bite to eat. Our order, which we placed inside, was brought out fairly quickly. The food was of good quality. The restroom is closed by default, but they will open it if you ask the staff. The restroom is quite clean and tidy for a public establishment. We were a little disappointed by the half-peeled stickers on the tables, which would cost very little to replace, but they really spoil the whole vibe of the visit.

I came through the drive thru Friday night. The lady who took my order had no idea what she was doing. I asked if I could get a triple cheese meal with only mustard and extra pickles. She can't figure out how to ring up the sandwhich. When she finally figures it out she didn't enter it as a meal so I remind her I want that as a meal. She asks me what I mean so I say combo and she goes what and I said you know fries and a drink the meal. She huffs and puffs while fixing her own mistake then cashes me out without letting me finish my order. When I tell her I wasn't done she huffs and puffs and tells me to pull forward they will do it at the window. When I pull forward a younger male employee was at the window I explain the situation. He apologizes while taking my order. No manager came to apologize for the problems or anything. When I get my food of course low and behold burgers I got were not made how asked. Big surprise. Drinks and sizes all messed up. Usually no issues at this location but wow this was ridiculous. Whoever was taking my order needs to be trained on drive thru or pulled off drive thru orders and manager needs to take accountability for the crew on shift.

This McDonald's gets kudos from me. Polite to a T. When I finished my order on the kiosk, lady was right there, pulled it up paid. went and sat down, lady came with the food. It was far better then your 72nd macdonald's crew. I waited 13 minutes for my coke, long story. After waiting all that time she slammed my coke down , I just threw these dollars at her.

Went here to use my app. Ordered cooked with our meals. The cokes were see thru and tasted gross. We went back in asked for a sweet tea instead and was told they couldn't do that. Then made us pick another soda and didn't even give us ice

I bought $23.⁰⁰ worth of food. I got home and realized that I was missing two burgers. I called the manager and was told to come back this morning between 7 and 10 and he would personally help me. I get there and the manager isn't even there and the staff absolutely refused to help me in any way, shape or form. Now I am missing food I paid for and wasted gas and time for no reason. Don't go to this McDonald's, it is garbage.
