McDonald's Menu Prices at 9000 Holman Rd Nw ★3.4 (728)

I’ve been to this café several times and ordered coffee with sugar, and they never put any in. Every time I ask, “With sugar?” and they say, “Yes.” Then I drive a long distance, start stirring the coffee, and there’s no sugar in it. They either don’t listen to what you want or don’t understand.

I got delivery I had a big order I had ordered 4 double cheeseburger 2 no pickel the other 2 extra pickels and a order of 10 piece nuggets well just as I thought the food came to me cold and I only got single patties someone wasn't paying attention to detail and didnt get extra pickel the food was thrown together without much care I wish I would have ordered from the Northgate store I always get what I order and food arrives at least Warm

UPDATE: After my review and speaking to a manager things got much better. There are new staff and they always get our order right now. I can once again give a good review. I live nearby and have been coming to this McDonald's a couple of times a week for years. It was always great with staff I recognized and very rarely would an order be incorrect. But for the past several months the service has become incredibly bad. They start to hand me the wrong order almost every time and I have to show them the order on my phone for them to get it right. The past 2 times I went they "forgot" ingredients on our sandwiches, like the bacon the first time and the sauce the second. I also don't recognize a single person working there any more. I don't want to change sites because this one is very close to where I live but I am not comfortable going there any more. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint. I hope they investigate because this is not McDonald's quality. EDIT: I usually go in the morning or afternoon, but thought I'd try the evening thinking it would be different employees and may be a better experience, but it was the worst yet. First the lady at the window wouldn't give me my food. She kept asking "Is this your order?" and showing me the receipt, and I kept saying "Yes it is, just give me my food." But she did it several more times before finally handing me my food. I pulled over to check my order and the new Golden chicken sandwich had no toppings. It was just a chicken patty on a plain bun. I went inside and showed them and asked for what I had ordered and they brought me the deluxe one that has lettuce and tomatoes that I didn't want. I had to explain again what I had ordered and finally got the right thing. The lady at the counter was very rude about the whole thing. I'm not wrong for wanting to get what I ordered.

My only feed back would be to have the staff actually care about the seating area cleanliness. No one was there, but most the tables had left over trays from prior customers and its not the first time I've seen this. Considering workers require hire pay, I feel the work should match the pay received. Lets go guys! Take pride in your place of business and look at it from the customers perspective at least every one to two hours. Its not hard to wipe down some tables, sweep the floors and have a clean, welcoming establishment.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s, there’s always an issue either. They miss food if you food you didn’t order or give you raw food. Make sure to always check your food before leaving the area. There’s even sometimes when I have gone back and they even messed it up again Second time so they’re not very smart Have some patience if they mess up a big water just to get a full refund because it will not be worth waiting for the food By the time your food is ready, your other food will be cold of how long they take just to remake it
