McDonald's Menu Prices at 10124 Edmonds Way ★3.4 (816)

normally this mcdonald’s is my late night hot spot, the food is usually up to par. however, tonight my mcchicken had rotting lettuce in it, was visibly brown, and mixed in with fresher lettuce. the staff have become increasingly rude. not typically a consistent employee, but they all clearly do not enjoy what they are doing.

First off, they're asking me if I'm going to use the mobile app. Every time I come here it's gotten to be so annoying. For that alone, I would never do business with these people. Now when you have a problem in the drive-thru and you go inside they have a sign that says you have to use the mobile app. You can stand there. You can ask for help. You can jump up and down and scream. They will completely ignore you as if you are not a human being and you are not even there. It is the most disgusting attitude I've ever seen towards the customer. Shameful

I came in here for lunch. I paid at a kiosk. I never got a receipt and the number flashed on the screen but I didn’t even look at it. I was going to look at my receipt to see my order number. When I tried to tell someone they all just ignored me. After about 17 min I asked for a manager and his name was Victor. He was extremely rude and mid helping me he started arguing with an uber driver. I watched him throw the uber drivers order in the trash and then after the driver left he put it back on the counter with a new sticker on it…. I never even got my food. This manager is insane and I can’t believe this place is even open still.

Out of iced tea most of the time, and constantly putting cheese on items specifically ordered with no cheese. If you put the little sticker on the box that says no American cheese, why do you almost always put cheese on it?

First off they didn’t address me when I came to the counter and the two Hispanic women were having a conversation in Spanish. They should have addressed the costumer not just chatting. Second they fill your sodas there which upsets me because I should be able to control how much ice goes into my soda. The sodas were not completely full, and there was soda on the side of my cup that they could have easily wiped off. Can’t get sauces, napkins, straws or anything on your own. Have to wait in line for napkins and ketchup. Beyond upsetting. Never been to a McDonald’s this bad. Also, adding that I called over an hour ago to see if they had a play place, and a young man told me that they did on the phone. We get here and there’s no play place. Highly disappointed as I have kids. Also set my soda tipped over and the kids chocolate milk on top of my French fries. Refer to pictures that I added. I’m too pissed off to even talk to the manger in person because I wouldn’t be nice about it. Almost got a refund and went to the one 10 minutes away.
