McDonald's Menu Prices at 2138 Pocahontas Trail ★3.2 (2308)

This was the first time I had been to a McDonald’s in well over 5 years. My kids and I went to the location in Quinton,VA to grab the grinch meal. It took almost 40 minutes for us to receive our meals. We watched several people come into the restaurant, order at the kiosk just like we did, and receive their meals before we did. After 30 minutes I finally went to the counter and spoke to the manager. She asked me if I wanted a refund. I did not want a refund, I wanted our food. My son could not wait any longer as he had to go to work. We finally received our food and then I had to drive to my son’s work to deliver his now cold, food. I will absolutely not be returning. I did not once receive an apology or explanation for why it took so long for us to receive our food.

Employees showed favoritsm to certain others in the drivethru line. And in suit with that behavior they ignore the decorum of the society they are graced with being a part of. When someone says good morning, thank you, or you're welcome. You respond in polite society. If thats the behavior you want to employ, take it somewhere else.

Playing super loud music in the back. Even on top of the music that is played in the dining area. My bf and I have been standing at the front waiting for someone to acknowledge us. They forgot our drinks. They made our order to go even though we ordered it to dine in. I saw them drop a kids meal on the ground and pick it back up like it never happened. The employees are just gross and dirty looking in general. We just left because ain't no way I'll ever eat here. I lost my appetite.

Me and my boyfriend entered the drive thru to pick up a quick meal for a long drive. Sat in drive thru for well over 10 minutes waiting for someone to take our order, several cars were in the lot as well as at the windows and cars were backing up behind us as well as the second drive thru speaker. Ended up driving around to the windows to see that they had closed a few minutes before we decided to drive around. No signs on the drive thru menus, the one employee that was inside wasn't doing anything to assist drive thru or people still waiting on food. There was also a trash can over flowing with trash, with trash all over the ground as well right outside the back door.

I hate going to McDonalds but I go to this one a lot. There's a middle aged lady who works the drive-through who is wonderful. I absolutely love her. She is always so polite and respectful. She nearly brings me to tears every time I go through there because most McDonalds staff have the worst attitude but this lady is there almost every day doing a great job. I will say, they've had some other staff who aren't great, but I continue going to this McDonald's because of this one woman. I'm sure she should be making a lot more money than she does.
