McDonald's Menu Prices at 5311 Duke St ★3.7 (1213)

This is the worst restaurant ever, in terms of service mainly the service the majority of if not all of the people working here are mean, I live nearby and my son likes being here and every time I come here I really regret it!! But this time it is really serious. On the first of January 2026 between 7:00pm and 8pm, I ordered the first order at the table, and I heard them calling my name then I went I said it is at the table not at the counter but it is OK and I got there was no napkins in the bag, I went back to ask for some, the young Hispanic lady with long nails was mean she thought I was asking for extra whereas there was none in the bag… when eating I ordered a second order and it took a while, I went to the counter I asked the first Hispanic lady at the counter she said I don’t know ask the other ones as if she is not working here!!the young Hispanic was giving an order to a driver and showed her the phone to check my order she shouted at me and said “MAMA I am giving him the bag”VERY LOUDLY in front of the about 8 or ten people standing at the counter, I was treated as if I am on the other part of the world!! The owner of this restaurant is losing his costumers because of the people working here!!

This McDonald's is one of the most efficient and quality of available food and beverage. Dining associate is always attentive to cleaniness in the dining area. There appears to be a haven for the unsheltered population, they are very good with allowing someone in need to occupy space. They have clean bathrooms and offer courtesy cups. Service Animal Friendly

The food is good and convenient but this is the second time they have done this. I don’t know if it’s McDonald’s as a who or if it’s only this brand that that serves lemonade that tastes as if it is made from ingredients that are a day past the date of expiration. I also found this in my steak egg and cheese breakfast.

If I can get my food from the drive thru why can I receive my pick orders the same way without an employee catching an attitude arguing with me trying to tell me what to do with my car I’m holding up the line but proceeded to argue. especially when the food was ready and handed to me in the same instance?! If I need a manager for every problem I couldn’t handle myself at a job than I would loss my position quick because I couldn’t do my job. The employee got a manager came with my order with the order and I left and proceeded to make my delivery my boy had no idea what conditions I had going on to argue so I didn’t. I shouldn’t be told what to leave my car goin in the drive thru to pick up, it wasn’t respectful or considerate. McDonald’s is service not trying to command people like a dog

Old style exterior, with new tech for ordering. The automated system has different elements than the tables which causes confusion. Our ordering device had a bad printer which made things worse. Restrooms were cleanish but many fixtures were broken and repaired. Food was ok. Condiment dispensers didn't work. Sun-par experience.
