McDonald's Menu Prices at 21330 I 45 N ★3.5 (1720)

Very Rude short hair manager / duty manager with a burgandy shirt (she didn't have a uniform on). I placed my order to dine in, took the little table sign and sat down. I waited for my food to be served, like the way it's at every McDonald's I've been to. Apparently they have a different use for the sign at this particular restaurant. My food never came until I got up to ask for it. Other people would complaint while I was sitting eating my food, and these two ladies (maybe men) were mumbling after the customers exit the place. No customer service at all. Not sure why they hold a management position if they're not customer service focused. They need to go !!

Food is great as always. Came here this am and got my steak and egg mcmuffin & large coffee.

Nobody goes to mcdonald’s for exceptional service but this location is consistently awful. They constantly skimp the fries (not sure if this location has a greedy owner or what), food is always old or cold, and the service is terrible. Go literally anywhere else

I ordered breakfast through the app before it was closed only to be told that they can't start it cause breakfast is over (I pulled in 2 min after 10:30) I know it's not your policy to make breakfast hours but I would think a single employee would begin an order that made the window and you purposely choose to let it go past time so you can enable yourself to cancel it. Coordinated laziness is still laziness, accommodate your customer and stop giving yourselves excuses to not do work. It's not even like I came atrociously late, it should've been worked on. Smh just close this one down already

I haven't been to this location in 5 years or so. The manager on duty is rude and very unhelpful. The restaurant is a mess and completely filthy. Luckily the food I was picking up isn't for me but I am sad the customer on Uber Eats is getting this food... Seriously this person in the last picture is not what I know McDonald's wants as an employee. Nasty nasty nasty!! I stop at this location almost every day before work for a sausage & cheese Mcmuffin, hashbrown, & small coffee. Not sure what happened today but the coffee was cold, the hashbrown was under cooked and the Mcmuffin was soggy. Disappointed.
