I am lucky that this place donates to me the moment I want something. They never have it. This is the 5th time they have been a disaster at this place. Today I ordered two big breakfasts, because they gave me the breakfasts without packages. I am very upset about this since I paid for the order and they are always stupid when it comes to making the orders. I hope the owner sees this and fires all the staff at this place. I paid and received this. I will never buy from this place again.

Stood here for over 5 mins with absolutely no one caring to even ask why I was standing there . Then when a girl finally walks over she still doesn't speak to me . The girl by the fries... that's terrible customer service. Get rid of the kiosk & make ppl do their jobs !

Asked for a mocha frappe. I received a fully melted frappe with no whipped cream and chunks of ice which is not even supposed to be included in the drink. The employees knew it was melted and still decided to give the product, supposing they could “fix” it with ice. Do not recommend if you want to get your food in shambles.

I’ve been through both the drive thru and inside this McDonald’s, and honestly? It’s nothing to write home about. The employees seem distracted and uninterested, barely paying attention to customers. It often feels like you have to go out of your way to get their attention, even when the place isn’t busy. Service is hit or miss sometimes you’ll wait longer than expected, even when there’s no real rush. Orders aren’t always right, and you’re lucky if they get everything correct without having to double check your bag. That being said, I usually stop by for coffee or some McChickens, and when they actually get the order right, the food is consistent with what you’d expect from McDonald’s. Nothing spectacular, but at least this location is better than the other one in Porter which somehow manages to be even worse. If you’re looking for stellar customer service, this isn’t the place. But if you just need a quick bite and don’t mind potential hiccups, it’ll do.

Be careful when doing mobile orders here! They are very prone to missing things. Yes, it's my fault for not checking but seeing that its happened for the past 2 mobile orders I placed during dinner time. Its been an inconvenience to say the least. The people are usually nice/chill but they definitely miss the mark on checking orders before they are sent out. Never had any issue during lunch and breakfast times. Only dinner time.
