McDonald's Menu Prices at 2503 Almeda-Genoa Road ★3.7 (1908)

literally still in my parking spot but i had to leave a review before i forget the lady at the speaker was super sweet and didn’t take long to greet me and another lady at the first window was so nice even asked how my day was which not a lot of establishments require so i know she did it out of personal choice. I got sent to a Curbside spot to pick up my mobile order (1462) and Another lady brought my food out to me and she was so nice as well. I’ve luckily never had a bad experience at any McDonald’s locations, but This is the first time that each of my interactions literally left me with a smile. I know that might sound silly, considering I’m picking up fast food. If I live closer to this location, this would definitely be my go to McDonald’s.

Ordered a fish filet 6 this is horrible. This fish sandwich, which costs $8, is smaller than a Happy Meal burger. McDonald's needs to do better. I'm so disappointed 😞. I had surgery and can't drive, so I have to deal with this type of service, never again.

What's up with you guys, you often make mistakes in my order but this time you're unforgivable. My order took a long time to be ready and when I got home and started eating one of the burgers it came half-baked... that's right, with only half the bread.

The lady at the register exemplifies customer service and appreciation in a good way and deserves a raise. The sad part is McDonald's food prices have gone up so very much in the last decade while the food amounts have shrunk. Like to get a Big Mac anywhere near the original you have to ask them to put the qp patties on it in place of the super skinny ones. Like it's no where near a BIG MAC it's like the big Mac had a small runt baby and that's what you get now. I gave 2 stars on the atmosphere because even though it's kinda cute inside it's also a gas station so super rushed atmosphere and very small dining area.

07/16/24 5:49 PM If you’re reading this, please do not order from this place!!! I just ordered a happy meal for my son, and 2 double cheeseburgers for myself and the burger buns are filled with MOLD!! We took pictures, and threw everything away immediately. Not sure if food went under recommended temperature with the storm/power outages, but this is crazy unacceptable. Not sure how this got past anybody. Hopefully customers see this and save themselves the time, and restaurant management see this and resolve this issue immediately.
