McDonald's Menu Prices at 12020 Northwest Fwy ★3.7 (2684)

Everyone knows to lower your expectations when buying fast food, specially McDonald's, but this "quarter pounder" deluxe is an absolute joke! Might as well be a value menu item being so small and deceptive compared to the menu illustration. Clearly false advertisement! Whataburger runs circles around McDonald's... Thanks for reminding me why I rarely, now probably never, go to McTrashy McDonald's!!!

I heard some bad things about this location. We were on a time crunch and my kids wanted McDonald's. I figured it couldn't be that bad. I was so wrong. From the moment we walked in I watched my kids smiles and energy fade. And by time we left there were totally not happy. Energy completely sucked right out of them. First off it seemed everything that they wanted to digest was out. Big buck items were available of course. Purchased my boys adult meals. Cashier looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if I could buy whatever kids meal toy was available. Basic answer we don't have anything. I do not want to lay claim to the preparing process but I do believe for three meals with three customers It should not take 19 minutes. When we got the meals the fries were so hard my kids were so surprised. They were ready for gold and fries and they got bricks. One of my boys asked if we could take it and he eat it later. Which means he's not going to touch it again. When I went to the counter before we left and asked for a manager. Anything and everything kept him from coming to the counter. So I decided the day was ruined enough and chose to just make an exit with a lesson learned. By all means if I choose an establishment get disappointed so be it. But when my boys who don't have the knowledge or how to deal with the disappointment.... That one stings. This visit was a bust.

How long does it take for 2 hash browns, 1 orange juice, and a coffee? Apparently 16 minutes. Arrived at 9am and still waiting. Mind you this is an online order that was ordered ahead of time before my arrival.

My girlfriend just got off work we went there to get something quick to eat and instead got bad customer service. We order a daily double $6 meal got to the 1st window and asked to do a split payment. The cashier got an attitude so we went to the next window and asked for the manager. While trying to explain what happened. The cashier that was at the second window closed the window on us. The manager opened the window back and said we holding up the line instead of trying to resolve the issue at hand! By far the worst experience we have ever had!

Drive through incredibly slow but that’s nothing compared to this. How do you see a completely plain burger, and put everything on it anyway? I’m allergic to tomato, and onions. Now I just waited 30 minutes in a drive thru to have to throw away the whole sandwich. It was ordered under the name Xae. If anyone sees this please just refund me if possible. My night was ruined and I could’ve had an allergic reaction. Not okay. Won’t be back to this location because I can’t risk having an allergic reaction all the time.
