I live pretty far from this location, and was only passing by due to some errands I was running in the area. I tried to call them multiple times in order for to speak to someone about my order missing the bacon and cheese that I paid extra for. Not only that, but my fries had no salt on them, although I appreciate that they were nice and fresh. I called the store a total of 7 times. They picked up twice just to hang up on me. I just want my money back for what I did not receive. As a manager in the food industry myself, this is highly rude and unprofessional. Please get in contact with me over my refund or credits. Update: Visited on 11/30/25 They are not busy, and they have me waiting on a large fry for 24 minutes. This location is ridiculous.

Employees need better training, I paid extra for a double Fillet O fish, they only put one piece. Not sure if its because there's a language barrier with them understanding how to read the order. I went back to have it made correctly, they gave it back with a cold cheese. Manager would just rather give me a refund other than heating my sandwich correctly. Terrible management, no wonder they forget items on your orders.

My mom came in got some food with no issue and they had patients to understand my mom who cannot speak after her stroke and man I was amazed the manager in the morning her and team even attended us the food at the table. I know i see the other reviews but we came here and the service was great in every way, it was busy too almost all the tables were full, which honestly for being mcdonalds and as busy, did not expect this level of excellent service. Will continue to come to this one location every time!! For all other locations especially beechnut before beltway 8 terrible service.

Milkshake was melted from them waiting so long to give it to me. They served my order off the screen then asked for the code and said it wasn’t there. Sweet tea was watery and when asked for another drink I was met with an attitude. Hot n spicy was cold with way too much much mayonnaise and buns were burned . Will not be coming back to this one ever again

An absolute mess. I've been waiting for my order for 40 god damn minutes. I let them know about my order and only to realize that they havent even started on it. So I had to wait additional 10 minutes to receive my order. They're served other customers after me too! I will not recommend ordering here. This took place around 8-9 pm. I dont know how they are during the day, but during the night is when they're slow and disorganized. Not to mention that they had enough staff too.
