Don't order breakfast at 10:20 because they will not make your food in the morning 10 minutes before 10:30 so if you shop at this location and you want breakfast and you try to make it 10 minutes before they stop selling breakfast they will not give you your breakfast order and will cancel your order they are very unprofessional. Fernando and the drive-thru lady they are very rude this is not how things are done here someone needs to come and evaluate the store ASAP. While the lady to drive through will tell you you have to be there when you make the order which is not true. I was in the parking lot before I made the order 10 minutes prior 10:30...... Who cuts off breakfast that early Sonic would be my new go to.

2/11/2026 4:26PM Mobile Order U088 Ordered on the mobile app for a get together. Went well, paid. Went to pick up in drive thru. Whoever your worker on the 2nd Window is, needs an attitude adjustment. First off she just throws the bag at me and tells me "One more". So I wait. I get the 2nd bag, and check inside after saying "Thank you". She gave me ALL Honey Mustard packets. I wanted Hot Honey. So I waited and tried to get her attention. She opens the window, without batting an eye, assuming I left. So I told her, "I was supposed to have Hot Honey Packets". So she slams the window, and comes back, and only gives me a single one. I ask her again, "Only 1?" Same. Thing. She slams the window, and only gives me 1 more. I didn't want to deal with her attitude anymore, so I just drove off with it, and am making this review RIGHT AFTER picking it up. Do NOT give a customer attitude because they want what they ordered.

Fernando the manager should not be in management. Terrible customer service. I ordered mc delivery. The order arrived, without any food. They put the 3 drinks in the bag, but failed to put the filet comb, cheeseburger combo and grinch meal, and apple pies. $45 for this garbage. I tried to call the store, big shocker they disabled the phone. Cant call the location. I drove up and asked to talked to a so called manager named fernando. I explained what happened and asked that he remake the food. He started to blame the door dash driver, I told him the bag was sealed. It was his employees that failed to make it right. He told me he will not give drinks, but will make the food. I demanded a refund. He tried to not refund the drinks. This guy is terrible. This location is terrible. Zero stars. Fernando -1.

I had a pretty frustrating experience at this McDonald's. I went through the drive-thru to order the new Big Arch meal that was being advertised on both of the drive-thru menu screens. When I tried to order it, the employee told me they didn't have it. When I asked why, she said it was because she couldn't find it on her screen. That’s not a very reassuring answer when it’s literally being advertised right in front of customers. The Big Arch burger is basically just a different combination of ingredients that are already used on other burgers, so it felt more like the employee didn’t want to deal with figuring it out than the restaurant actually not being able to make it. Overall, it came across as lazy and unhelpful service. If you're going to advertise something on the menu boards, the staff should at least know how to ring it up or make an effort to help the customer. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I've gone to this McDonald's alot. Probably too much to be honest. I had a horrible experience, my food was all wrong, I was handed the wrong order. I was ordering for a family of 5, they handed me a meal for one person. I walked into talk to the manager, an average sized man with glasses and braces. He was extremely unprofessional, refused to correct our missing items, and spoke to us very rudely. I won't be spending another penny here, and I used to come 2-3 times a week. Good job treating your customers poorly, you just lost one for life, and I live in a house that's like 400 yards away. I would've been a customer for life if not for this poor experience.
