McDonald's Menu Prices at 840 Patterson St ★3.2 (1510)

Extremely poor management, employees are either improperly trained or just don’t care enough to do their job. I have lived in Madisonville my entire life and I don’t think my order has been correct not even once. I paid extra to have Mac Sauce put on two burgers, wasn’t given a receipt, there was no sauce on my burgers which were cold when I got them, and then when taken back for a remake the manager had an attitude because her employee didn’t give us a receipt.

The girl taking orders seemed easily overwhelmed. I ordered 12 1/4 lb hamburger patties. I think that shocked her. Order was made fresh. Order was correct.

Ive lived in madisonville for about 2 years now... ive tried this mcdonalds maybe 7 or 8 times. Either they mess up the order, the building doesnt honor "in-app" coupon codes, or a fun combo. I just ordered a quarter pounder, add bacon. They forgot the patty. I would have called it in but why waist any more of my time. Id rather just be done with this restaurant. Js I love mcdanks as a whole... but if this was the only one id say its the worst place to eat in america. To sum this place up: if you like mcdonalds but would rather pay more for the same thing, all for them to screw it up anyway- try this place 🥳 Also we went at 10:36am (time on receipt), and somehow the fries were already cold?? Dont they switch from breakfast at 10:30? Shouldnt they have been the freshest? I dont understand anything that goes on at this building. Whatever.

Poor management. Cold food. Mold tasting frappes no matter what flavor. No one wearing hats or even hair nets and on their phones. Very rude. No one at front counter more than 95% of the time. Lobby is disgusting and so are bathrooms. 30 minute wait for 2 things. Just an awful store that needs more attention, new management or just completely shut down. Do better mcdonalds.

The workers are rude and slow and then we open our burger and it looks like this I’ve never had any good experiences with this McDonalds they’re always rude I normally go too the one in Vonore but i accidentally did an online order for this one I stopped going cause I left my wallet one day and callled them and when I told them I left it there they hung up on me
