McDonald's Menu Prices at 139 E Dumplin Valley Rd ★3.5 (3201)

I was first in line at the first kiosk, two people pulled up to the second kiosk and was taken before I got my order taken. Ok no big deal, pull up to window and pay $19.06 for a 1/4 pounder medium meal and two spicy wraps. Premium price for fast food but ok whatever because I know it’s expensive and I’m hungry. Get back to work and open my sandwich ( the rest was for another employee at my job) and I have a burger that the meat has fallen off one side and the cheese pickles and condiments have fallen off the other. 20 bucks goes a long ways at every restaurant in Kodak but I chose to spend it at McDonalds to get this handed to me. You’ll never miss my money Kodak McDonalds but you’ll never see it again either! Terrible!! Don’t waste your money when you can go a couple miles down the road to other places that will give you some sort of quality for the money you’re spending.

I've looked through the other reviews and it breaks my heart to see so many negative ones. Then I realize its mostly about yhe night shift and I understand. I dont go very often but when I do, its always in the early mornings. Beverly in back cash and Dakota who is sometimes at the front window are the sweetest people ever. (Even though Beverly is a GA fan!!! 🤣🤣🤣) I never have an issue and the staff are all so nice. Have had a few minor food issues but the service totally made up for it. I meant to get the new GM's name but I forgot to ask her. She is really sweet as well and seems to have a keen eye for her staff. Thank you all for being so amazing!!!!

I've noticed if a certain manager isn't at work the quality if food drops dramatically. Due to price increases across the board is no excuses for having customers buy food past the shelf life. If this McDonalds management doesn't know when their daily rushes are then the owner needs to clean house and replace their employees from management down and properly train each new employer on how to run this McDonalds. Otherwise profits are lost from losing customers from serving old and cold food. From coffee thst set there too long to be considered decent enough to drink. From tea containers not being properly clean each night or not at all....and customers can tell when we take our first sip as it tastes bad. Overcook food is another issue with this McDonalds. And yet the managers on sight let this poor quality food leave their store expecting no one will say anything. Enough is enough. Desr owner clean house. There are other restaurants that serve better food just a couple of exits down from your location. For those who want better and fresher food I suggest these other locations instead of this one.

Just went through the first drive thru window. Waited for a few minutes, no one came on the speaker. Then a jeep pulled up to the 2nd drive thru and was promptly asked questions. After she pulled up, I said "hello" and the lady came on and when I tried to tell her I was there before the other person, she quickly talked over me asking what I wanted. When I pulled around to pay, she stayed talking on her headpiece and was totally rude to me, no apologies, no nothing. The lady at the second window was just as rude! After reading the reviews I can see I am not the only one that has been treated rudely by this restaurant! The owners really need to step in and take control of their workers before there are no customers returning to this restaurant!! I myself would rather drive 30 minutes to a different mcdonalds than visit the one in Kodak again!! Be warned, if you go to this one, don't be surprised if you are treated rudely, and like you don't matter!!!

Let me just say, this use to be the BEST McDonald's. However over the last few months it has went all the way to the bottom of the list of places I would recommend. Let me set the stage for you. I work 12 hour shifts at a local manufacturing plant. Its HOT and exhausting work. Driving home in tourist traffic is a disaster. So today I decided that I would make life a little easier and stop for supper. I knew better, I KNEW better, I mean the last time they were 40 nuggets short. But I thought hey why not give them one more chance. What was I thinking? I ordered from the app, (another mistake) I arrive, sit at spot 6 for 10 more minutes waiting on food that had been ordered already. The young man comes out, I ask, did you bag this? He says No ma'am, the manager did. I glance in the bag, all my nuggets are there, ok, maybe they did this right. I thank him and drive home. I should have checked each item. My chicken sandwich was burned and didn't have my cheese and bacon that I payed extra for. My husband's spicy chicken sandwich was also burnt. My son's 2 double cheeseburger were not even in the bag. I called the store, and guess what? Yep, no answer. They NEVER answer. Because they know they are messing everything up. Let's not even talk about the amount of mayo on the OUTSIDE of the boxes...... I paid almost $70 for burned chicken sandwiches and nuggets. What to do now? Drive my exhausting self BACK to complain? No, why? Cause I have to pull 12 MORE hours tomorrow. I need to rest. And that's where they get you. They know good and well when you drive off they are free and clear, I was the sucker again. But not anymore. The tourist can get shafted. This local will go to Taco Bell, at least they can get an order right. Management is a joke here. Answer your phone. You can't say you were so busy, cause you were NOT! There were maybe 3 cars in the parking lot. Yall just don't care. You are there for a quick shift and could care less about the people who buy your products. Our money is hard earned and this is akin to stealing in my eyes.
