McDonald's Menu Prices at 2929 Old Knoxville Hwy ★3.3 (1470)

Went through the drive thru this Sunday morning for breakfast. The girl taking the order was nice and professional. Paid with polite professional people. Got my breakfast and was on my way. Went quickly and my order had special requests and was accurate. My kids love McDonald's breakfast that's why I review them. Parents have to go for the kids. The breakfast was good and the kids were happy. It is getting very costly to eat at McDonald's these days but we were satisfied. I can reccomend this location for a visit.

Go through drive through windows almost every day. 1 thing I order is frozen coke, Their frozen coke has always been working except for 1 time. That is amazing, I am talking about several years of ordering this product . Sometimes coke machine was going through normal process of refreezing

It's very rare when the drive thru employees who hand you the food smile at you. They just hand you the food and don't even make eye contact. Now I understand some of them are young, and inexperienced.. Y'all need to work on teaching or training or supervising them better before you allow them to interact with customers. It's a huge deterrent effect for people when someone who is in charge of your food acts like this. It makes you wonder, are they disgruntled? Have they done something to my food and won't look me in the eye? I know it's unlikely(praying there's cameras on the kitchen/prep area)...but, that's what kind of negativity comes to mind whenever a young person hands me my bag and drink with a stony face like Easter Island heads made by the Maori, and eyes averted. But I do wanna touch on the fact that this doesn't always happen. There was a young girl who smiled and made eye contact and was very polite my last visit. THAT'S the kinda stuff I wanna see ...eye contact , smiles and a friendly greeting and a goodbye 👋🏽 with people who handle my food! Kudos to that young lady 🩷 if you see this I hope you remember me ( deaf woman , silver Kia soul) THANK YOU.. you keep doing what you are doing 😊 You make people's day brighter with your friendliness and genuine smile. Thank you!

I placed a mobile order, it says this place is open. I pulled up to the drive through and the lady said it will be 5 mins, thats fine. So other cars pull up in the other lane and she proceeds to help 5 cars and ignore me. This is a terrible way to treat customers who have already paid I won't go back to this mcdonalds ever. Go to the midland plaza one the food is better and they are actually friendly.

This location has by far the best customer service out of all the McDonalds in the area. The employees are always pleasant and polite. A great experience both as a customer and as a food delivery driver.
