Everything was fine till we were in the drive thru waiting for our change and food we had 100$ dollar bill that had to be broken up and I understand it’s stressful breaking up change but after the wait the manager forgot to give us our change back it wasn’t till another worker asked us “did she forget to give you you’re change” and we replied back yes after that we pulled up to wait for our food every time we talked to a worker or said thank you we had gotten no reply back just a whicked glare like i personally offended them I get it you work with the public I understand it stressful and we made it pretty clear that we understood but only ever got the look of a death glare back while also waiting for our food the customers behind us starting honking at us or the workers. after we finally got our food just to pull it out to find the burgers were burnt to a crisp and everything on the burger just tossed around like there was no care making it

I came in on Christmas Eve in the drive-through. There was a very long line and they were extremely busy. I could not get my app to work properly at the window, but Destiny J. was the sweetest person! She was so kind and patient with me especially with them being so busy on this holiday night. Her service was 100×10 and she should definitely be recognized.

The food is, well McDonald's food. Lol so do with that what you will. But the Serviceeeeeeee!!!!!! There was one dude at the front who was pretty cool, so they get 1 star for him, but why the hell are the people handing out the food mad at the customers? Lmao lady called my number and handed me my food and cut her eyes... what's the beef? No straw, no have a nice day none of it. Just a angry face and a storm off. I get it, it's the city and it's cold but DAMN. (Though I genuinely hope her day gets better) Then the bathroom in the men's room doesn't have a door. 🫠 So you just putting on a literal shit show for anybody in there with you at the time. This place man... Why are yall at work mad at the public? I work with the public so I get it, people can suck, but again DAMN!!!!! Wish I could throw the Food back up and hand it to them with the same energy they gave it out. What be wrong with people?
