Just had a guy leave after waiting 45 minutes, I’m in the same boat. The drive through is going quick though, so don’t come inside! Or here in general because the staff are yelling at people waiting inside who want to know where their food is after 20-30 minutes. I’ve seen well over 60 cars go through since I started counting. Edit-the staff are digging through other people orders to make mine because I’ve been here so long

Good app experience. Food was cooked and packaged nicely with all the condiments I ordered. They did forget napkins and none were at the counter. The dining room had clean tables but the floor was greasy near the soda machine

The young girl at the 2nd drive thru food window was extremely rude and aggresive. I asked for ketchup and she practically threw ketchup packets into my hand, causing a few to spill out onto the street. Then, bc I took an extra second to pull out she said "Let's go! Move! DRIVE!" bc I wasn't fast enough for her. Also i ordered a regular coke and was given a diet coke. The burger abd fries was pretty good, at least. But the service at the Second window was horrible and aggressive. No receipt and no napkins given. Lousy service.

Last 2 times I went here it took forever. About a month ago I went to the drive through. Really wasn't a ton of cars in line. Maybe had 5 cars in front of me. It took 30 minutes to get to the order window. Then another 15 minutes to get my food. Food was cold, they forgot some of the food. Came by again today and left without ordering after about 20 minutes. I was sitting at the order window and they said they are shorthanded and will take my order as soon as they can. Must be 1 guy working in there. Never took my order and didn't respond to me so I left.

NEW OWNERS PLEASE CONTACT ME. YOU OWE ME A BIG REFUND FOR ALL THE COLD OLD CRAPLY ORDERS OF FOOD I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING FROM THIS LOCATION. The new girl at the 1st window can barely speak English and is vaping on the job. I watched her while she turned her back. Not good… Need a refund. EDIT: My breakfast sucked and was burned this morning 9/7. EDIT 2/28/25: They continue to NOT get the orders right. Why am I paying extra for additions and I’m not getting it? EDIT 4/4/25: I don’t know why I continue to come to this location. These people always forget items, never put BBQ sauce for my kids meals and the drive thru is ALWAYS a half hour wait. EDIT 4/20/25: I don’t understand why I continue to eat here. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. I got cold hard old rock mcchicken patties just now.
