Ordered a hot fudge sundae which is /more/ expensive than a mini McFlurry which is about the same size. Mention that because I added M&Ms for an extra 40 cents. Received a plane sundae with M&Ms. Tried multiple times to catch the employee's attention to tell him. Ignored me. Just wanted people to know that some of the employees here don't read the instructions from the kiosks (this reminds me of the time I ordered a ranch snack wrap here at the kiosk and received a spicy one a few months back). I would understand if they told me they were out of hot fudge, but there was no communication. I understand they're busy because I've worked fast food before but it felt bad.

Ordered two hot chocolates, waited over five minutes with no line in front of us (for two hot chocolates???) and received two cups of milk. Called to complain and the employee who answered the phone said “I made those and know I put chocolate in them, it must not have been enough chocolate I guess” such a mess lollll

Ordered in drive thru. Employee was very kind even with an issue with the speaker. Ordered dinner for 5 so it was like 73 bucks. Got home to see they never put my $13 burger (double 1/4) in the bag. The rest of the food was hot and correct.

Ordered a large Big Mac meal and a 2-Cheeseburger meal, each with a vanilla shake, plus a 4-piece nugget and a caramel sundae at the drive thru. I was given one large and one medium shake and advised to pull into L3. I asked about the sundae and was told it would be brought out. An employee eventually came out and said there was no caramel for the sundae. She offered hot fudge which I declined then offered caramel drizzle, which I also declined. I asked how I’d be refunded since I’d already paid by card. She said it’d be taken care of. A different employee eventually brought out the order and turned to go back in. I asked how I would be refunded and she muttered that someone would be out. No one came out so I went in. After waiting for a while without being acknowledged someone finally gave me a cup of vanilla ice cream with a smidgeon of caramel at the top and very bottom.. no greeting or apology or explanation. My burgers were dry and old with a dry pickle slice and a smear of ketchup and both large fries were old and cold. The shakes were not palatable, no idea what happened to the flavor. We trashed them. Not sure what was on the sundae but it was not a typical McDonald's caramel sundae. Why all one stars? Zero stars isn’t an option, and my son says his nuggets and Big Mac were good. Feels like I paid $30+ for nuggets and a Big Mac, totally unacceptable.

Typical experience. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Coke is good. However, my fries were definitely undercooked. The were just barely cooked enough to be edible. I’ll probably be back because of the convenient location but I’ll be hoping for crunchier fries!
